I bought 3 high end monitors. All of them died within 1 year of use. There is NO warranty department. Call their number and it goes to government health insurance. You can't even submit a request on their site, it errors out when trying. Complete scam.
After Buying the 49 inch Viotek computer screen and using it all of 8 months it has broken. Viotek will not respond to 3 emails and 2 phone calls. It looks to be made of cheap Chinese parts. Customer service, products and warranty, are all garbage. Do not mess with any Viotek products. You have been warned
Haven’t had any issues with the monitor I purchased, but emailed them 3 times with questions prior to buying and they responded the same day every time. Impressive. Out of the box colors were not good, but once adjusted it works great.
