The quality of the bag I received is a disappointment.they are not genuine and it's nothing like the picture they showed.

If minus stars could be selected oh how I wish I had read the reviews in here . Bag cheap and nasty nothing like what is advertised and not cheap either . I am not daft I knew it wouldn’t be the genuine article but their adver shows a quality copy but that’s not what you get . Avoid like the plague save your cash

Please don’t fall for this scam company.. their advert popped up on my Facebook after I had been looking to buy a genuine coach bag and I had a look just to be nosy. If you watch the video at a certain point the label is visible with ‘coach’ clearly seen.. they are unpacking a genuine bag not showing their product which by all accounts looking at the reviews on here are awful. There’s so many companies like this around now so please be careful!

Not even a star! This is a scam company. Fake trust pilot reviews on website and Fake images they delete negative comments on social media and do not reply. The bags or actually nothing like the pictures they post and 'reviews' its litterly a different bag so cheap do not waste money!!

The bag arrived after 2 weeks. It was well packaged and from the outside it looks ok but there is no lining like the bag shown on the website. The bag is not worth the £39 I paid. The website shows Trustpilot reviews which are clearly fake and you cannot click on the Trustpilot link to take you to this site to verify. Wish I had checked this out first or I wouldn’t have purchased this bag.

It took 3 weeks to receive the bags I ordered and I was extremely disappointed with the look and quality of the bags. I didn't expect them to be exact copies but the materials and hardware are so cheap looking

Not much like the advert. Not very straight either. Couldn’t find anyone to ask to return it too. Unfortunately for me I bought two!!

Fake products, they sold me complete rubbish for £39.99, nothing like their photo , bag is so fake that it's not worth £1, they claim they are based in London but its scam Chinese company, scamming people by posting fake photos and trustpilot reviews on their website!

Took weeks before arrival of that tabby26 copied bag I got about £35. Quality was too low for that price. I struggled before I was permitted for a return. Paid £19 for return nd now I avnt got my refund. This people are scammers cos they’re deleting negative comments on IG. I dunno what to do. Can’t believe my whole money is gone. Pls don’t buy nothing from them.

To start. The bag took weeks to arrive and when i tried to contact viorelle i got no response, when it did finally show up there was no box it was in a plastic bag it was bashed, the quality is awful the smell from it is terrible i feel like the handles are about to fall off i didnt expect brilliant for the price but this was bad don’t buy from this place you will be disappointed

Awful quality bags, absolutely NOTHING like advertised. Dreadful smell, damaged cheap internal zip, cheap strap hardware, outer 'vegan' leather damaged and peeling off, misalignment of clasp.

Please do not waste your hard earned money like I did and as it appears, many others.

FAKE advertising videos on their website and socials and dreadful customer service.

I have never ordered such rubbish . Ordered chantell bag. Looks nothing like the tiktok, video. I wish I'd read the real reviews. Tried to cancel before it arrived within my 14 days which I am entitled to and all I got as a reply was my order is being shipped and with you shortly. I have recieved it today and it's as poor as the reviews said it was !.this company shouldn't be allowed to advertise on tiktok

Really wish I read the reviews first it's a Complete rip off tuck 4 weeks to come and looks rubbish

Should have read the real reviews on trust pilot than being naive and trusting the fake reviews on the website. I ordered the bag and waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive. I was so excited as I saw a tik tok video and the quality looked amazing. The bag finally arrived and when I opened it I was full of disappointment. The bag was nothing as advertised, the quality was beyond poor and it was damaged. What is worse I had to pay over £15 just to return it as the address is in China and not in Covent Garden, London as it says on the website! DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Avoid this site bags are nothing like the photos cheap poor quality bags I ordered two and they smell awful are covered in dirty marks and have thread hanging out all over the place , they want me to cover return postage to china

The customer service is disgraceful. I placed an order for two Chantal bags; they are not as advertised. The quality is outrageous. The bags are paper-thin, the hardware is stiff and cheap, and the paint job is blotchy and uneven; the coating is rusting off. When I asked for a return, they expected me to pay for the return label, even though it is their fault. Don't fall for the scam.
