I have the rose gold watch. It’s beautiful and shipped quickly and looks even better in person.

This is a scam business . My watch lasted three days and I paid 160$ on sale and now the company is not reachable and it says has 14 day money back guarantee and that is a scam . Tbe company has nothing but an email to send and they don’t answer them . Then i find out the watch from china is probley worth 30$ and this company shipped from Germany . So disappointed I didn’t do more research . Never buy from any sites unlesss they have an adress or 1800 number . All reviews on site are made by fake people

I absolutely love this watch.I didn’t know what to expect with the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The look and capabilities of this watch are top tier.

Don't like that when I want to listen music on my Apple Phone, the sound is coming out of my watch. I always have to disconnect my watch of my phone so I can have the sound directly on my cell phone.
But realy like the look and that I have a lot of design for the wallpaper.

Watch stopped working after two days. Customer service will not respond to email or social media messages.

Wanting to return the watch policy says dont need to give reason and with in 14 days contacted them with in a day of gettinf it.... I am being told I cant bc of the reason I want to return basically isnt a good enough reason!! So basically they are dragging this along so im out of my 14 day window!!!

After 10 emails finally got a response asked why I was returning even though their website says you don't need one. Now they've said I cant return with no explanation as to the reason. Won't hold my breath for a response. Out of pocket £80

Watch took ages to arrive. I quickly got over that once i put it on - its stunning! I noticed however the date was wrong - e.g. would say Fri 19 Mar 2026 when it was actually Thur 19 Mar 2026. Could not adjust no matter what i did. I even overlooked that as i loved the watch so and found its features really useful. Then within weeks of delivery (about 7/8) it just died and refused to be recharged. Have not been able to get any response from customer service. Not pleased at all.

The watch is stylish and light. Does not keep a connection to your device. Isn't accurate. I've tried twice to return. First time I was given instructions to try and I did. After three days it was back to the same problems. Only stays charged for three days not a week. The only way to contact them is via email and they aren't very responsive to them. On my last email I told them I wanted to return for full refund. The watch isn't hurt. All the parts that I bought are in the bag waiting for them to give me permission and an address to return it to. I also started they would not get any good reviews and I am contacting the BBB about them.

I would like to know how long it takes for my order to get here, I ordered in early February and when I try to track it won't let me, I am still waiting

The communication with this company is terrible. I’ve requested a refund, which has a time limit on it, and have had no response. The watch instructions are very difficult to follow.

Crappy watch capabilities and I can’t get an email response to make a return. Shipped outside of the US. WOULD NO RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY

Not much to say only that it is convenient for keeping track of my health numbers. Besides the appearance is magnificent. It's a work of art.

My experience was complete joy when I set it up , put it on, loved it! Stood up and took 2 steps and it flew off my wrist so fast and shattered. Complete shock it was ruined. I blame the lack of strap instructions the watch had the strap on when It arrived…. no where Did it say click twice!!!! I was use to a leather strap and this just threw me for a loop. I know it’s my fault but as a senior that loved the health knowledge that these watches provide I was heart broken. Thanks

The watch is beautiful. a little hard to get band fastened. Took about 10 days to receive, which was a bit long.

Mu daughter bought me this watch. It is beautiful looking and does lots of cool things ... however the catch mechanism is faulty. Always opening, I think its a design flaw. One day, after wearing it all day, it opened and fell from my wrist. Black screen. Not working anymore. No satisfaction from the company after to and fro emails. i only had watch for 4 months. Don't buy.

Bought the watch for my partner for Christmas and it lasted 2 months have emailed the company and tried to live chat many times with pics on my end but absolutely no response.
The watch vibrates but says on the app it doesn't have a charge...the face of the watch does not light up at all. Tried contacting customer support and also nothing...DONT BUY THIS WATCH!!!

It's a scam....They won't take returns. I'm well within my 14 days. The return address on the envelope is Jerry Yasfbara from Rancho Cucamonga. The have very similar watches on Amazon for a lot less money. Im going to call my bank and tell them they won't take returns.....very misleading.

Have emailed this company 5 times regarding refund without a response, this is a terrible company and would advise not to purchase anything from this company
