I bought the A139 pro front and back cameras about 3 months ago. I like the camera and the video footage is excellent, and the app is easy to use.
I've had one or two issues with it, the main one being it froze and stopped recording one day. The only way to get it going again was to pull the power lead out and reset it. When I checked the video footage it hadn't recorded the last 5 hours or so.
As a driving instructor having a reliable camera is essential, and so far this camera hasn't ticked that box.
I've been in touch with support and they have offered to replace the front dashcam. The problem for me is that I have to send the faulty one back and they have told me that is will be 10-15 days before I'll get a replacement. 2 weeks without a dashcam !! thats a red line in my profession.
So brilliant dashcam but I'm not so sure about reliability !

I ordered a dashcam, but shortly after I needed to cancel the order. I requested this, but was advised it's already dispatched so they couldn't.
I refused delivery so it'd be sent back to them, and eventually it was. They sent me a partial refund instead of a full refund, and claimed this was because of the cost of shipping the item to me. The shipping option I chose was free, so this doesn't make sense.
I explained this to them, and informed them of my consumer rights (which state I'm entitled to a full refund), but they just repeated that I was refunded minus the shipping fee. They also seemed to imply there was a handling fee for returning it (which is illegal), "The refund has been made minus the shipping and handling fee".
So they've basically scammed me out of £9, I would avoid them for this reason.

Received e mail 9:05 saying order complete Including invoice and tracking no.
At 3:25 received partial refund and 2nd e mail saying "stock out". No phone call to explain, or ask me what I wanted to do? If so I could have upgraded the memory card size? Or delayed order until in back in stock? Dashcam won't work without it! Now if I re-order I will incur additional postage charges, rather unfair for your error. MOST DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE.

There was a problem with my initial purchase of a Viofo A119 Mini dashcam, but the issue was quickly resolved and everything is as it should be!

Very disappointed with the A129 Duo Plus.
It's extremely unreliable, sometimes it doesn't record at all for no apparent reason. So you can't rely on to be working when you need it most, which makes it worthless as a dashcam.
The "Integral" Micro SD card supplied by Viofo UK themselves stopped working after two days and was not recoverable. Viofo support were not helpful and just told me to "buy another card" - even giving me a list of "approved" cards, which did not feature the "Integral" one from their own website.
Edit: Following Chelsea from Viofo's response to this review I tried to get in touch as requested. Since Chelsea didn't leave any contact details here I used the contact form on the Viofo UK website. Two weeks have passed and I have received no reply.
