Can’t rate this company at all. Ordered cladding in September and still not received. Tried contacting them but no success. Tracking has now been scrambled and now no way of contacting or getting refunded. Seems like a scam to me.

Made an order in August and never received any thing up to this day 04/11/2025 ,emailed and didn’t get any response as yet.
If there was a no star experience I would give it that - just reading now that many have been scammed - it’s not a big chunk of cash but worse I had used the shop pay process and can’t claim back that way - scammed 🙄

It’s a scam, do not order from this company, that take your order and nothing arrives, impossible to contact. Ordered vinyl panels in early august, it’s now October and no goods or contact.

I ordered $250 worth of vinyl records back in May of 2023 and still haven't received them. I have spoken to customer service several times over the email since and have always been given the same excuses as to why they haven't shipped. In June of 2024, I emailed them again and requested they ship the vinyl records from my order that they did have in stock, even if it meant the order was broken up into multiple shipments. I did not feel it was too much to ask since I am now 15 months waiting on this order. The customer service rep Daniel told me he would look into that and get back to me and never did. Vinyl Luxe is a scam, and they take your money and do not ship your products. Be aware!
My Witcher 3 order #13144 has not been shipped for almost a year. From April 24, 2023. Everyone received this vinyl last year. But the company is silent and does not send anything. The company does not respond to messages.
