Could not answer any questions I had about the product, would not confirm or detail what the damage to the sleeve was nor provide photos. Claims to offer lower priced shipping, but I found the costs for shipping 3x12" to be much higher than if I purchased from other sellers (1 seller had 2 of the items and shipped for $10, another had the 1 and I added another record for $12 shipping - total shipping cost was $22 for 4 records whereas Rogier wanted 22Euro total for 3 records (about $30). Hells to the No.

Waste of time
Waste of time. They claim to have over six million records, when in reality they don't have any product.
You place your order and then they source it from another dealer, before shipping it on to you, Expect delivery times of up to a month.

Classy Customer Care!!
My first experience with VinylExpress has been a very positive one. I have been kept up to date about the status of my order, in a way that I feel other companies would not have invested time and effort in me individually. I will definitely order my next vinyl at VinylExpress.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Was looking for some records that Vinyelexpress offered but from different sellers and therefor was confronted with high shipping costs. Rogier contacted me pro-actively via e-mail to find a proper solution and helped to lower the shipping cost. Received the records in the condition as described on the website. Thanks for the help!
