AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! All the negative reviews are totally justified. They block your account for ridiculous reasons and refuse to unblock, it or even have a conversation about why exactly it was blocked.
For me, they said all my stuff was inauthentic. Not a single item I was trying to sell was fake. When I asked them what items specifically did they think were fake, and what made them think that, they just replied "we think it's fake". No evidence I provided would change their mind.

Awful, rude and useless service. Use Ebay and Depop instead.

I'm looking for help as my wife has a problem with vinted. She has outstanding balance which she can't withdraw to bank account. It's purely vinted's fault because we contacted her bank, they performed all checks and said everything was fine on their side so it's all down to vinted. She contacted them many times to sort the problem out but no answer. Does anyone know who could help to sort it out and what legal steps we could take to recover money from the outstanding balance on her vinted accout. Any advice highly appreciated.

SCAMMERS PARADISE.

Individual purchased an item from me, damaged it and then reported to Vinted that I had damaged it prior to shipping.

My evidence overwhelmingly showed that this was not the case, however, the buyer pays a protection fee so its inevitable that Vinted will side with the buyer as they make the company profit.

Vinted Support are slow off the mark, perverse in their decision making and incompetent to name just a few of their downfalls.

My advice is this - DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM FOR SELLING.

Some wise words: Don't get skinted by Vinted.

I tried to bid on this site using the "make an offer" option. I did not get a rejection or agreement from the sellers. Unfortunately, you then have to wait for 72 hours before the offer becomes null and void. Thus you are treading water whilst some unknown person wastes your time. A very poorly thought out website. Best to avoid to avoid disappointment!

Appalling customer service, due to a mistake their end I have been left with an unauthorised overdraft and risk charges.
Customer service has not even attempted to help and refuse to escalate and are now ignoring my emails

do not use I brought a whole load of stuff paid straight away then at end of the month the duplicate the order orders what you have purchased in a whole sum i am now overdrawn in my bank over 100 pounds for things that i had already paid for

Absolute con company cannot get in touch they owe me money a disgrace!!

Another week another load of excuses why Vinted can't pay my refunds I've supplied all the documentation and proof and they have agreed a refund is due yes it's taken almost 7 weeks and we are still no closer to getting the refund this is such a scam This company is so immoral and discriminatory you use them at your peril on God help you if you have any issues with refunds because they will not do you not every Barry in front of you not to pay you you've been warned share this message I'm be responsible this company is not to be trusted

They can be ok until something goes wrong with a sale ! Getting a response of admin is awful. I have waited days and days for an admin to sort a query. The problem is they tell the buyer one story then the seller another ! They leave one automated and say they will get back to you and they don’t !!
Instead of spending money on TV advertising they need to employ decent customer service reps that do what they say they will do or at least a human to speak too !

Vinted is full of scammers , when you report a scam to Vinted, they send you aan automated reply thanking you for alerting them and that they have now dealt with the issue, the same item and seller is still advertised , Vinted do not care about their customers ,they condone these scams so they get the buyers protection fee, money is more important to them than you .

Disgusting customer service, always late at messaging you back when they say they will get back to you in 48hrs, takes weeks to get a refund for items that have been lost in delivery process

I will definately watch out for lots of SCAMMERS! On this app this is the worst app and let's not mention the customer service absolutely ridiculous, unhelpful and unbothered they reply you back like a week after and still can't help you out after been scammed which says a lot about the app, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP!!!

I have up until recently had a good experience with Vinted. However, for the past month payments have been very late and still waiting for others to come through after being over 2 weeks late.
Fast losing trust in this company, so I have put my items on hold until all of my money turns up (hopefully). Also, there have be recent glitches on the site where tracking is not showing and emails have not been shifting from previous sales.
I was already suspicious of this company to start because of its bad reputation.
Sadly I think I will leave.

Rubbish site. The customer service team are USELESS and NEVER help. The company has lost my delivery and I’ve waited nearly a month to get the money. They didn’t even compensate me the full amount of the item. They also charge too much in fees I think. EBay are much more helpful.
