I really like Vinted. It’s so peacfull. Well sometimes it’s not peacfull. But i feel like you can find whatever you want or need there. I recommend and if you’re closet is full with stuff you don’t need or want get the app right now😃

Team Vinted is the worst support online.

It's such a shame, as Vinted has one of the best listers for sellers online. It makes selling very easy to do.

Buying is also good on Vinted, and this should make this a 5-star review.

However, the problem lies with Team Vinted, who take the accolade of being the worst seller support online that anyone would have the misfortune to encounter.

They make baseless accusations regarding listings I upload to sell on the site, claiming the pictures I take are not mine and instead are ‘screenshots’, or they've wrongfully and falsely accused me of 'lifting them from the internet’.

This alone is defamatory and to add to the abusive nature of the accusations raised against me Team Vinted has today decided to instigate a 'temporary ban' against me as a seller, restricting me from creating new listings or editing existing ones.

I am being banned for using my own pictures. It doesn't make any sense, and that's because Team Vinted doesn't make any sense.

Their behaviour is despicable, their knowledge and understanding are laughable and reprehensible, and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Team Vinted were being run by children, and unruly ones at that.

I've already written a letter to their CEO and made a complaint in writing about Team Vinted, but I've yet to receive a reply. I will be writing another letter today to follow up with the latest incorrect decisions Team Vinted has made on my account.

There should be a temporary ban installed on Team Vinted, as they shouldn't be let anywhere near Vinted, as they are ruining it daily with their incorrect and inexcusable decisions.

Vinted is great, but Team Vinted is diabolical!

unfortunately become completely overwhelmed by scammers. When you finally find a genuinely good deal, it is almost impossible to buy it. Every time I try to complete a purchase, the transaction gets blocked or throws a payment error.
It is clear that malicious users are running automated blocking bots at the checkout page to snap up items or disrupt transactions. Meanwhile, Vinted’s support and security systems do nothing to stop them.
The platform desperately needs to clean up its user base, filter out the massive wave of scammers, and implement strict anti-bot measures at checkout. Until they fix these major security and technical flaws, it is not a safe or reliable marketplace to use.

Really great site for second hand clothing, kids clothes especially. Simple, cheap and trustworthy. Great system for bundle shopping. Good and cheap delivery options compared to other sites.

Very easy shopping and fast communication between seller and buyer. Would recommend to close ones. There are straight rules and almost no problems.
