Sold ski shoes via Vinted. The shoes arrived completly broken at buyer. Buyer received a fefund. But i've send several mails and chats to vinted to get compensated, Every they close the supoort chat. Really a worthless situation which they refuse to solve. @vinted shame on you!!!

Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Vinted.

My parcel was incorrectly marked as delivered, while the official tracking from Vinted Go clearly showed it was still “in transit.” Despite clear evidence, Vinted completed the transaction anyway.

Customer support was not only slow but also dismissive. I received generic replies claiming “insufficient proof” and that deadlines had passed, even though the tracking itself proves the parcel was never delivered. It feels like they didn’t properly review the case at all.

This raises serious concerns about Vinted’s buyer protection. If clear tracking data is ignored and cases are closed without real investigation, customers are left completely unprotected.

Good service

Vinted is great platform to sell on, but once your account is blocked there is no way to get in contact with them, and then they just give you a permanent block for no reason. After that it is impossible to talk to them or at least have a dialogue with them. Every chat automatically closes after their response. Thanks for killing our saleschannel (A dissapointed "PRO" User)

For selling it's good.
But I bought something which wasn't send to me. I am still waiting on my pay back. Cannot contact where my money is.

I like that Vinted tracks my favourites and suggest things I might like.

I dislike that there are a lot of items for sale that are brandnew from people’s own stores or maybe bought in bulk online from the east and so it is really not Vintage or second-hand.

This is a failed platform that helps people steal.

I got blocked because I listed a Zara jacket, and they said it was fake (honestly, it’s the first time I hear that Zara items are even faked). I contacted them and sent all the proof — the invoice and even an email from Zara when I ordered the package and when it arrived.

I waited for a long time, and in the end, they replied with an automatic message saying the item is fake. Honestly, that’s ridiculous — I’m sure they didn’t even look at the evidence.

Let me add something else: after blocking me, many buyers ask for refunds so they can keep the item for free. Since Vinted supports this kind of behavior, they cancel the order and refund them.

So basically, they take your items and your money.

Be careful with this scam platform.

Please consider creating catalogs within a single account. This will allow users to categorize uploaded products: for example, children's clothing/footwear from adults, toys from appliances, books from accessories, etc. This will simplify searching within the account. However, if users would like to see the entire product list without categories, they could customize the display accordingly.

A friendly, easy to use, onest and professional platform! For me, a very nice experience! I would definetlly recommend it to all of you!

The app itself is very easy and convenient to use. Listing items is simple, taking photos and uploading them is smooth, and communication with buyers works well. I also like the offer system — being able to send, receive, accept, or decline offers makes the selling process very flexible. The shipping labels are also very convenient since they are already prepared, so sellers don’t have to worry about arranging delivery themselves.

However, the customer service and support need significant improvement. It is often very difficult to reach someone when there is a problem. Many times it takes more than two days to receive a response to a message, and when there is an issue it can take a long time for it to be reviewed and resolved. This part of the service definitely needs much more attention and faster support.

The first item I posted on Vinted was sold within 24 hours.

Very nice app to sell of buy stuff. Easy, safe and over a lot of countries which makes selling easier.

Really easy to sell and the money transfer is kept safe by Vinted, which is really useful.

I was quite anxious about this platform, but decided to give it a try. The 'fear' was not correct. My experience using Vinted is very positive. The communication, the way you are able to send the package to the seller, the easiness of making an advert...all positive and for me a reason to keep on using Vinted
