Awful

They don’t read what you actually need help with and then choose to not assist with anything anyway..
I could go into a lot more detail but with the amount of times I’ve tried to repeat what I actually need help with and not been listened to, there’s not point anymore, just absolutely awful support service

Customer service is a surreal spiral that will leave you frustrated

If you dont have a problem with your order its a great and easy experience.

But when you have a problem there is a chance you will end up with mental breakdown and still not have it fixed.

My key takeways from experience with a customer service:

- ai answers are 60% smarter then human answers in the chat but ai sadly cant solve your issue.

- you might go thru 3 chats and 5 agents, to receive mostly automatic messages responding with random automatic content that had literaly nothing to do with your message, or is badly interpreting it and still not have your problem solved.

- you dont get attention until you show real commitment and somehow dont go nuts after repeating the same thing dozens of times, only leveling it down each time hoping that this time someone will understand it.

- when you get attention, it is still partial atention and understanding. The agent can solve one problem but create other and then end the chat. Just an example.

- you will question your sanity a lot during this process, and you will battle in your head between just giving up or givin in deeper into this surreal and frustrating spiral.

- easly the worst, most surreal and unefficient customer service i have seen in my life. No consequences or any type of responsability for their actions.

I understand this type of work is very hard. But i would much rather prefer to wait even two days for a reply if someone would take time to read my message and fix the problem then getting 5 random messages a day that leads to nowhere.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Vinted.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Vinted.

I sold items in perfect condition, properly packed. The parcel was damaged during transport, which Vinted themselves confirmed.

Their “solution”?
The buyer keeps the items AND gets a full refund.
I, as the seller, receive nothing except shipping compensation.

This means the buyer ends up with both the product and the money, while I take the full loss for a problem caused by their logistics.

Customer support just repeats standard answers and refuses to take responsibility. They even suggest resolving it “outside the platform”, which is absurd.

Be very careful selling here. If something goes wrong with shipping, you may end up losing both your item and your money.

Total failure of seller protection ! Ignoring video proof of fraud !

Total failure of seller protection - Agent Samuel ignored video proof of fraud
I am extremely disappointed with Vinted's seller protection. I sold an iPhone 12 Pro in perfect technical condition. The buyer committed fraud by lying about a "defective microphone" just to force a return. When the item was returned, it was severely damaged with deep scratches on the screen (vandalism).
I provided absolute video proof (unboxing and hardware test) showing the buyer lied and damaged my property. I used an external link to ensure the quality, and I can see there are 0 views on the videos. This proves Agent Samuel manually cancelled the transaction and refunded the scammer without even looking at my evidence.

Vinted is rewarding fraudulent buyers and allowing them to destroy sellers' property. I have filed a formal complaint with the Legal Department and will escalate this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and OMIC.

I am very disappointed with Vinted as a…

I am very disappointed with Vinted as a company. My accounts were banned without any clear reason or proper explanation, which is incredibly frustrating and unfair. I followed all the rules to the best of my knowledge, yet I was still penalized without warning.

What made the situation even worse was the appeal process. I submitted an appeal hoping for a fair review, but it felt completely pointless. There was no meaningful response, no transparency, and no real effort to resolve the issue. It honestly seems like customer concerns are ignored rather than addressed.

Customer support was no help at all. Instead of providing assistance or clarification, I was left feeling dismissed and stuck with no way to fix the situation. For a platform that relies on user trust, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

I would strongly caution others before relying on Vinted, as the lack of accountability and support makes it a very unreliable service.

I recently lost a dispute on Vinted…

I recently lost a dispute on Vinted despite providing conclusive evidence of authenticity. A buyer falsely claimed my Patagonia Pataloha shirt was a counterfeit based on the label. Here is why this decision was unjust:

1. The label in question was visible in the original listing photos from day one — the buyer saw it before purchasing.
2. I provided official documentation from Patagonia's website confirming that the Pataloha is a special edition line with a distinct label.
3. The side label of the shirt clearly reads Patagonia with full manufacturing details.
4. I provided the original purchase receipt from 2020 proving I bought this item directly from Patagonia.
5. Despite all of this evidence, Vinted ruled in favor of the buyer without any apparent thorough review.

I have been a transparent and good faith seller. This experience shows that Vinted's dispute resolution process fails sellers who are falsely accused. Evidence is submitted but not properly reviewed, and there is no accountability for buyers who make false claims.

I hope Vinted takes this seriously and improves their process. Sellers deserve the same protection as buyers.

Account wrongly suspended for counterfeit and multiple accounts (no evidence) – Username: archiveavenue1

Hello, this morning my account was suspended for alleged sale of counterfeit items and creation of multiple accounts.
I am a 5-star seller with an excellent track record, hundreds of successful sales and zero complaints from buyers. I have never sold counterfeit items and I have not been provided with any specific evidence regarding the items in question.
Regarding the multiple accounts: I only had a secondary profile years ago which I personally deleted; this was the only active account I was using. I have not created any other profiles.
I have already submitted an official appeal explaining everything and I am available to send any proof (detailed photos, receipts, etc.). I kindly request a review of my case because the suspension seems to be a mistake and I am losing the possibility to sell and withdraw my pending funds.
