Selling knitted items and they think im a business. I messages support countless times asking for advice on what I should do and just keep getting " we stand by our decision " but they allow pokemon scalpers?

So be careful especially when people put New without tags. As I’ve noticed that some of the items have been worn but people are putting new without tags.
NEW WITHOUT TAGS means NEVER been worn out and about (yes you’ve tried it on understandable) these people are putting worn once or twice
I brought a sweatshirt NWOT and it has a stain on it. It had been worn but seller didn’t state it.
Not all sellers are like this there are some genuine NWOT

Great customer service, I get loads of notifications when there is a new update there Is a huge range of different items to sell and to buy. Very straightforward and easy app to use. Absolutely brilliant!!

I was hesitant at first but what a great experience. You sell your unwanted items and payment is 100% secure. Communication is outstanding whoever designed their system played a blinder

Becareful selling on here, ps5 games damaged in transit, so they refunded the money to the buyer and he kept my items.
Customer service are awful no protection for sellers at all. Will not be selling on here again

A good site to buy items.
Some good sellers on site with reasonable prices.
My only issue why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had an issue and couldn’t find where to contact someone from Vinted, which is frustrating. Otherwise than that happy.

Love selling my old stuff helping me to raise money

I’m sure if everything works well this is a really useful resource, however, when things go wrong you are really in trouble. No one to speak to, rubbish chat bot. I have wasted hours trying to sort out my account. Now in a position where I can’t get label to send sales and cannot get qr code to pick up purchases.

Terrible company, I hope they go under!
Perm ban, never been banned before, not even a 2 week one, told me I was selling a fake bag which I wasnt, my wife actually bought it through Vinted with their verification service, utter idiots, I have £160 balance which I cannot remove because they are investigating me being involved with a political person who I have no idea is! I HATE VINTED

Need to make your mind up what you can list and stop using AI

They used to be a fabulous company but in the last few months the bots have taken over and people are getting banned for no good reason buyers and sellers alike.

Great platform for buying and selling. Vinted is easy to use, straightforward and makes the whole process simple from listing an item to completing a sale. I’ve had a really positive experience so far and find the app convenient and reliable. Definitely recommend it!

All the times things go ok there's no issue but when there is an issue forget it! Customer service is non existing I even sent an email to the CEO completely ignored!
The problem, sold an item posted with Royal Mail.using QR code given by Vinted. Item never arrived so they refunded the sale with no consultation with me as the seller
It boils down that the QR code they supplied went somewhere different than the seller

So I loose Vinted don't want to lnow
