I was sold an expired product and when I reported it I was asked to pay the returning fee and Vinted did nothing.

Vinted charges a lot for an insurance that never works, and very high delivery rates. If something is not as it supposed to be, Vinted ignores your messages and paste the same bot-generated useless reply. Often, used books on Vintex (after adding the Vinted "insurance" and delivery), have the same price as new books on amazon. Not really a good option! Sooner or later, you will be scammed by Vinted. Be aware of that.

It isnt’t too difficult to sell your items, I never experience a problem while selling stuff

The idea is good but the costumer service is appaling.
Chatbots, no help if something goes wrong or just sheer unwill to help.

You can do a good buy, but don't expect help from Vinted.

Works very easily to place ads and shipping is very smooth. I think it's great that you don't have to calculate shipping costs yourself and the buyer immediately sees what the total price is.

Vinted is really the place to be for sellers and for those who's looking for bargains. My products sell fastest on Vinted !

Super application simple d’utilisation

Nice and quick way to give a new life to your unused items! After a while it does slow down tho, hope it goes up again!

Lots of items, when you're a seller you have nothing to pay, this is great.

The company is fair and also likely to make ethical decisions that benefit their members!

Vinted is a very handy tool to sell stuff. Sometimes it takes some time, but if you are patient... someone will like it.

I am absolutely speechless regarding Vinted's current "customer service." My account was wrongfully banned for an item that I actually bought right here on Vinted. Despite having proof, getting help is impossible.
• Extremely slow response times: I’ve been waiting forever to get a reply. It feels like my messages are just disappearing into a black hole while my account stays blocked for no reason.
• Rude and unprofessional behavior: When I finally received a response, it was incredibly disrespectful. A staff member named FEKKY was particularly rude and didn't care about my explanation at all. This kind of treatment of honest users is unacceptable.
It is frustrating to see how Vinted treats its community. They rely on bots and unhelpful staff instead of actually solving problems. Save yourself the trouble and use a different platform where users are actually respected.
