absolutely appalled
I don't usually leave bad reviews but this company is a terrible excuse for a wholesalers, I can grantee you that all of their good reviews are from employees or family members.
This company has without a doubt gone downhill. Last year I ordered the 45kg Y2K mix and I was blown away, such amazing pieces, profitable and genuine Y2K pieces, mixed along with some unprofitable items but that's expected. Since then I ordered another box from this company which was supposed to be sequin tops, it was awful, I was expecting sequin camis etc but it was just a bunch of XXL sequin ugly tops from boohoo and shein etc, most of them had holes or stains too, probably with about £1-3 each MAXIMUM, wouldn't even be enough to break even. I emailed them to complain and they asked me to send a pic of each individual item to prove it but as you can imagine this is an absolute waste of time so I had to cut my losses.
I thought I'd try them one last time since the first time I ordered from them they were great, last week i purchased the 45kg y2k again and it was DREADFUL, and that's being generous!! most charity shops wouldn't even take these boxes as donations. There were maybe about 5 profitable items, even then they weren't the best, but the best of a bad bunch. Zero "Y2K" branded items, the box was mainly filled with basic denim jackets from old navy or H&M and some leather jackets, which had clearly been flat packed and when I peeled them apart all the leather came off, and so many of them were stuck together, meaning if there were any white ones the colour rubbed off onto them, completely decreasing their value! Some of the items were even mouldy!!! It's disgusting ! Nothing Y2K about this box at all. I will not be buying from this company again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either. Also a couple of kids tops in the mix too this is supposed to be a "woman's" box

Don’t use this wholesaler
Don’t use this wholesaler. I run a vintage clothing store in Japan, and my experience with them has been a nightmare.
First, their shipping is incredibly slow; it took over three months from order to delivery. They claimed they had resolved these issues by joining the "wing99 group," but that was clearly a lie—nothing has improved. For an apparel business, this delay is fatal as we can’t keep up with seasonal demand.
Furthermore, their customer support is non-existent. They completely ignore emails and Instagram DMs.
To top it all off, they seem to have lost their contract with UPS, because shipping rates to Japan have skyrocketed to an absurd level.
For a product priced at ¥67,100 (£312), the shipping cost was an insane ¥130,600 (£607). This is double the price of the actual product! It’s clear they have abandoned their Japanese customers.
If you are a buyer from Japan, Asia, or anywhere far from the UK, stay away. There are plenty of other suppliers who provide quality products and fast shipping without this level of stress.
I am posting this to prevent others from becoming victims like me.

On the verge of completely loosing it…
On the verge of completely loosing it with this company.
Ordered 2 years ago when it was under old management. Items never arrived, what items did were completely incorrect and are still sitting in my storage now as they were unsellable.
Company changes management, and a few friends said there stock was ok. So I try it again. First order, really good. Second order the driver said it stunk to high heaven and oh my it did! It was also full of holes like a mouse attacked it. They responded quickly until they had all the information they asked for: and then disappeared. They contacted me by instagram 3 months later when I put a chargeback in, which they were a nightmare with as well.
The item that was really good came back in stock, so made another order, it arrives after 7 weeks. It’s incorrect. It’s clearly incorrect as they box states it’s the wrong thing as well. As again they reply quickly. Until you provide all the evidence. And once again, SILENCE. Stay tuned as to whether this is another chargeback or not

All I can say is they are great, we were given phill as an account manager and he’s been faultless. Trusted supplier for serious vintage buyers
I’ve worked with a number of wholesalers over time, and these guys are one of the few that consistently deliver where it matters.
The biggest difference is how they handle relationships. Communication is clear, expectations are set properly, and there’s a level of transparency that’s hard to find in this space. You’re not just being sold to, you’re dealing with people who understand the realities of the vintage trade.
Quality, pricing and access to stock have all been reliable, which is key when you’re moving volume and need consistency. At the same time, there’s still genuine upside in what comes through. I’ve picked up rare leather Polo Ralph Lauren jackets, proper single stitch tees, and premium pieces within vintage mix bales, including rare 80s Nike. That shows the calibre of sourcing behind the scenes.
They’ve also proven to be fair and straightforward to deal with when it comes to maintaining standards, which builds long-term confidence.

Happy to buy from this supplier again.
The website is very easy to use and I found the shipping time to be very reasonable as I was getting 45kg shipped to Sweden.
I had an issue with the delivery address and the team at Vintage Wholesale Supply were very quick to resolve it for me.
As for the quality of goods that I received; I ordered a 45kg Mixed Vintage Bale, the delivery consisted of 4 boxes all with a mix of grade A/B and unfortunately a few grade C. A couple of items had paint stains or holes in the garments and I don't think that I will be able to sell them but the remaining items will sell (after a wash) and I am safely going to make a generous profit on the order.
I think that the price is reasonable for what I received and will be happy to buy from this supplier again.
4 stars on the basis that some of the items are clearly C grade and I feel should have been easy to spot when sorting the batch.
