THE WORST COMMUNICATION IN A BUSINESS IVE EVER KNOWN. WHERES your sales team? WHO deals with complaints?
Absolutely no one replies how they are still up and running is beyond me.
Bought carhartt and dickies pants and they are all C grade shit.

i ordered dickies and Carhartt grade A and B jeans, and all I received was grade C unsellable stuff.

Speed of delivery was excellent arrived really quickly.

Ordered the VINTED & DEPOP 30KG BARGIN (sic) BALE including delivery the total cost was £285 working out at £9.50 per kg.

In comparison to other vintage mix bales the £/kg is high with Wing999 coming in at £304 delivered for 45kg £6.75/kg, World Vintage Wholesale £300 delivered for 45kg £6.66/kg

What arrived was very clearly a bale of stock that had been opened and the "hits" removed to leave the Chaps, Izod, Eddie Bauer, Company branded stock that doesn't fit into the categories sold on the website. Repackaged and resold as bargain stock. This is strange as the description for the products claim that

"We pride ourselves on being one of the most trusted and transparent suppliers in the market, with not one single item removed from the mix. Ensuring you receive PURE CREAM VINTAGE UNTOUCHED!"

I was planning on just putting it down to experience having been a reseller for a number of years it was just another wholesaler for the "do not order" list, until the emailed offering discount if I gave feedback.

I emailed back to advise that I was disappointed with what I received and was probably best that I didnt leave feedback. To which the wholesaler replied

"This sold is complete clearance Grade
It is stock that is bought direct from suppliers that is cheap and thats the reason for it
Its stock that is a few pound each, we do not shy away from this. If you order our other selections they are all premium listings
This bale is a cheap vinted/ whatnot/ ebay bale that contains cheap items
Theres not rare items in there, its for quick and cheap flipping hence the price
Sorry it didnt meet your expectations but in all honesty, for £6 per kg what was you expecting from this bale?
It is listed as a bargin bale?"

Perhaps they were referring to a different bale at no point in the description of the product is it mentioned that it is "clearance stock" or "cheap stock" and infact if it was clearance stock this is readily available from multiple other suppliers for £3/kg or less

Just be aware of what your buying folks, clearly the description is designed to omit the clearance aspect of the stock
