Vintage Football Shop 

I ordered a shirt on Feb 2nd with express delivery. When I emailed to check up they said it would be dispatched within 72 hours. It’s now Feb 18th and it still hasn’t been processed and they have stopped responding to my emails. Still don’t know if I’m receiving this shirt. Probably best to avoid this company, paying extra for express and can’t even get a reply.

Are the real? Placed a order of 3 shirts no e mail that my order was succesfull… than i tought I send a email no respons. If ur Guys reading this order nummer is 51715

Terrible fit, poor workmanship, bad placement of stitching, neck shape all wrong, worst shirts I've bought.
2/2/25 Update! They do exist, and I have now received refund after posting this review on Trust Pilot. Agreed to remove "scam" wording as compromise.

What a great bunch of people at Vintage football. They are 100% committed to providing excellent customer service and boy did they deliver!
I will definitely be going back for more with them.
The product was fantastic , delivered ahead of time for my nephews Xmas present and I was kept up to speed every step of the way!

Made an order on the 19th of Dec, had no information on any shipping also wrote an email asking to change some sizes. No reply at all! I hope it's not some scam website and loose my money..

I purchased 3 shirts from Vintage Football Shop using the size guide on the website, but found them to not be quite accurate, and the shirts fit too small. I have tried to get in contact through the email listed on the website, sent 2 emails and still have not received any response after a few weeks. It seems like I will just be stuck with poorly fitted shirts with no way to exchange or return, or even get in contact with anyone.

EDIT: Only 4 months later to finally get the size exchange sent out to me after having to wait weeks at a time for each email reply, and having to send follow up emails after no response for days or weeks at a time. I got the desired end outcome eventually but I received the initial package in November and took until March to be sorted out..

Order at your own risk. Shirt quality is great but beware of sizing chart and if it's wrong, then you're in for a hard slog to sort it out

I placed an order with this shop and realized within 12 hours that I needed to cancel it. I contacted them immediately to request the cancellation, but they still processed and shipped the order. That was four months ago, and I have yet to receive either the product or a refund.

What’s worse, when I enter my order number into their system, there’s no trace of it. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses I’ve received have been unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me to deal with an issue I tried to prevent in the first place.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and draining. I would not recommend this shop to anyone based on how poorly they’ve handled my case. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

First, while you describe my order as “customized,” it’s worth noting that the customization was one of your customization options—not a bespoke or unique alteration. Additionally, I canceled the order within 12 hours, but it was still processed and shipped. Had my cancellation been honored promptly, this entire situation could have been avoided.

You’ve also mentioned that the delays were entirely due to South Africa Post. While postal delays may have played a role, the issue only arose because my cancellation request wasn’t acted on. Shifting blame to the postal service ignores the fact that this was preventable.

Referring to my frustration as “resistance” also feels unfair. My frustration stemmed from having to deal with a situation I had tried to prevent in the first place. I followed up repeatedly, only to feel as though the responsibility was being shifted onto me.

Finally, framing the refund as a “gesture of goodwill” seems misleading. The refund was a resolution to an issue that began with your decision to process an order I no longer wanted. Calling it goodwill minimizes the inconvenience and stress this caused me.

The refund has now been processed, and I do appreciate that. However, my review reflects the entire experience, which was drawn out and unnecessarily frustrating. I hope you take this feedback constructively and consider improving how you handle cancellations and customer concerns in the future.

Everything went fine at first. The Delivery was very fast from China to Austria and then i never received it. It says delivered on 08.08.24 and i still havent got it. After contacting the Austrian Post they told me i should start a research but only the Seller can do this. I contacted the Shop and they said they will start a research to find out what happened it will take 5-8 working days for a response. Now i been waiting a Month and still havent got anything. No Goods, no Money, no Response.

Package just arrived after an eager 2 and half week wait and everything was perfect highly recommended

I ordered 2 shirts that were great quality on and didn’t cost too much. I got the shirts within the estimated time and I have been using these shirts a lot. Great company.

Sleeves of the Shirt we’ve received were very small in m for our 14 years old son. So we’ve sent an email for an exchange but nobody reacts, not even after a second email. Therefore we’ve ordered it again in L since it was a birthday present, but can’t return the other one

I recently placed an order (Order #43731) with Vintage Football Shop and was excited to receive my item. However, it has been over a week since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive any update on the delivery status.

I sent an email to their customer service team inquiring about my order, specifically to get a confirmation of shipping and an estimated time frame for delivery, but have received no response. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I was hoping to receive my delivery before the Fourth of July as I planned to wear it on holiday. Unfortunately, due to the lack of response and delay, it seems unlikely that I'll have it in time.

This is the first review I have ever written for a company, and I am disappointed that I have to do so because of the lack of response and poor customer service.

I had high hopes for this shop, but my experience has been disappointing. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

After making my order I emailed for shipping updates as I was hoping to bring my shirts on holiday however, I didn’t receive a reply. Once my order had finally arrived it only contained one of the shirts that I ordered. I emailed again requesting where my second shirt was and still haven’t received a response.

Everything all good, shirts arrived in just under two weeks. Saw a couple of these bad reviews but I had nothing but a good experience. If you contact their Instagram they reply faster. Maybe they should use WhatsApp
