I refused the offer and my stuff came back to me my jewellery box was broken, a necklace was broken and everything was knotted together.

They kept me informed throughout but the biggest surprise was the amount of money I recieved! Far more than expected. I am now about to send more items to them.

Excellent service
Excellent service , really easy to send my box of things . I was kept informed and up to date with every step . I was offered a very good price and accepted . It took 2 days for the cash to go into my bank so the whole process took less than 2 weeks !

Everything went like clockwork
Everything went like clockwork. The labels came, the post office picked up when they said they would, we had our offers, 2 of which we turned down, one we accepted and were pleasantly surprised how much we got. Will use again when we have more things gathered up.
