First time i have used them

First time i have used them. Wasnt sure what to expect but happy with what they offered me . Money , as promised was in my Bank account within 24hours . Would use again

So easy to use

So easy to use, I had good things just sitting in drawers for years unused so decided to be sensible and box them up. It was so easy to take the box with the free post label to the post office. The values were emailed to me within a few days and after I had accepted the offer the money was in my bank account within the two days as promised. Thanks for a great service

Very sceptical about the whole process…

Very sceptical about the whole process but thought I had nothing really to lose.
If I didn’t get anything, I was planning to donate the items I had .
But actually, the process and experience is exactly how advertised. Excellent communication, some items had some value so well worth it .
Would not hesitate to recommend and would do this again .

Poor service and valuations

Rob, who is on all Vinted emails does not know how to value things and keeps sending them back getting annoyed they must be worth something not happy with the service by this vinted employee
