I came across Andrew at a classic car auction - I'd gone to look at a BMW but ended up buying a vintage Omega from Andrew! Andrew is very friendly and easy to deal with, no hard selling. Nice, yet professional, to do business with
I met Andrew by chance at the NEC Classic Car Restoration Show. He appraised and valued my watch for insurance. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. In doing so he seemed genuinely interested in the story behind my watch, the circumstances leading to it's purchase and the huge sentimental value that it has for me. It was a pleasurable experience.

Pleasant and helpful service
Firstly they were selling the limited edition watch I was looking for. When discussing the purchase, staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I will purchase from them again if I see another watch I wish to add to my collection.
