Good Communication, fast execution

Good advice, simple transaction.

I find Vintage Acquisitions to be very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a friendly and caring manner. I felt confident in my decision to make my investment.

Communicating with Mr. Long was a great pleasure. He guided me all through the way to buy a cask which will have a good return in the future. Showed me how V.A. works regarding this investment.Sent all cerificates and receipts in no time. No hiccups at all. After seeking some investments, V.A. is the one that suits my needs.

Robert and I had been speaking over several months. Very keen to share his knowledge, answer questions and provided realistic expectations, which for a first time cask investor was invaluable. He explained the process at every stage well. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Once agreement on the product was reached and the go ahead given there was no communication until I received an e-mail asking me when i was going to settle my account!!
I think that prospective clients should be told about Identity Checker - especially if they reside overseas.

Great company to work with. Guided me through every stage of the process reliably and with great patience. Doing business from another continent and a far removed time zone obviously complicated the process, but things went smoothly throughout. Would be very happy to work with them again.

The hospitality from both VA and the Annandale team was exceptional with a distillery tour, tastings, all-day food and entertainment. Great communication

First time investor trying to diversify my portfolio and after filling in a brief form on their website I was contacted by Jay. I was impressed by the knowledge provided by Jay throughout and the approach of ‘when the time is right’ to make my first purchase. I was provided all the details they had available to help me make an informed decision after performing my own research also. Really liked their marketing materials and YouTube videos which helped build trust in the company. Thanks Jay for all the help so far and I’m looking forward to building my portfolio with your expert guidance over the years to come!

Very knowledgeable!! …. I think I’m hooked!

I had a fun experience with the folks at Vintage. They know their whisky, and its fun to talk with others who love whisky. No pressure to buy was more of a conversation with a friend. It did take a few video calls to find the whisky barrels I was looking for but we got there. I recommend not telling your rep that your just trying to have fun with the investment, I think that threw him off a bit, sorry Mark. Happy to be a part of the single malt investment family.

Our sales rep is Matthew and he has been great. He gave us a number of recommendations and last year we bought our first cask.
After that, we attended a few events organised by Vintage Acquisitions and this year we went to Scotland for an event at the Annandale Distillery. It was a great event with live music, games, lots of food and whisky tasting. We are now proud owners of 2 casks. It was a great experience filling the casks ourselves and signing it.
