They never respond, customer care has not responded to me in years. I have tried calling, emailing and nothing happens

6 months after taking my money they suddenly cancelled one of my 3 orders. Luckily I got the CC refunded. They have failed to respond to inquires about my other 2 orders which are over 1 year old.

Screwed the little guys buy having them buy at the market top, then without warning switched to accredited investors only. Leaving most retail to hold the bag.

The Vint Marketplace is a fraud. It does not actually deliver the wines it promises to deliver. Its customer service is non-existent.

Ordered Pre Arrival, which I had done before with no issue. After 10 months I got no communication so I emailed to get an update and the next day my wine was magically ready to ship. After another month of waiting they shipped it to the wrong address, a month later they stopped responding to my emails. I had to finally file a claim with my credit card company to get refunded since Vint is no longer responding to my emails and I never got my wine. No phone number to call and no direct contact aside from a general email address. What a huge mess and major disappointment, I would give zero stars if possible.

I used them for 3 orders with no issues. But then I purchased $950 worth of wine in the summer and they said it was too hot to ship. For 6 months I've been emailing them asking them to ship my order, but I get no response. I got scammed out of $950 and there is no phone number or other way to contact anyone.

Awful did you want to and I have my money for over four months do not do business with them

Zero response to support requests. Their site to update my information to be able to cash out anything does nothing but spin endlessly, regardless of the browser..

Real investor with skin in the game. I have been investing via the VINT platform for about 1.5 years. I love it. I have received exposure to a wide variety of different types of rare wines, whiskies, and other spirits. Easy to navigate platform and easy access to immediate customer support. A++++

An exciting new platform for fine wine and spirits investing, I find it to be easy to use and fun to participate. There's plenty of information available such as the SEC filings to supporty investment decision into a product. Staff support is prompt and quarterly webinars keep me interested and updated. I'll continue to support this platform and business because it seems reliable and worth the risk.

One of the things I appreciate most about Vint is their level of diversification & access. Using Vint, wine and spirits have proven to be an excellent hedge against inflation over the past 12 months, and the low volatility and correlation with equity markets has been an excellent addition to my portfolio.

As well, the team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they are quick to respond and are clearly committed to providing a top-notch investment experience.

Overall, I can't recommend Vint enough to anyone looking for portfolio diversification and attractive returns outside of traditional asset classes. Vint is the way to go!

Vint is an outstanding alternative investment platform. I’ve been investing in their wine and whiskey offerings since late 2021 and have been very impressed with many things such as the quality of their offerings, realized returns, interactions with staff, customer service, their interest in the suggestions of their customers, and their knowledge of the industry. I’ve built up a sizable allocation and will continue to add in the future. Very happy investor.

When I first wanted to start familiarizing myself with non traditional asset classes, wine and whiskey we’re not on my radar. A friend had mentioned that they had been looking into and suggested the investment class due to it’s stability. I discovered the folks at Vint and have been very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to teach investors that are new to the wine and spirits asset class. And one of the coolest part’s about them is that they don’t pressure you. They encourage you to research and make informed choices.

Excellent opportunity to apply your wine knowledge into an investment without worrying about storage, accumulation or provenance.

Wine whiskey and cask this is a 5 to 10 year holding investments around like wine and whiskey investments become so road your return and the blind collections and whiskey collections or something you can never find in a store you have to know somebody that knows somebody that would take decades to learn research and develop a relationship with these people you're acting as the middleman in this investment overall this is a completely passive investment you're holding your money until maturity so invest what you want

Vint is one of the best new investment platforms I've found in the last few years. I've made a point to diversify into both wine and whiskey, and a number of different regions for wine, and so far my efforts have been rewarded with some very nice returns, and I plan to keep investing in more Vint offerings as part of my portfolio.

I've also had the pleasure of chatting with a few of the Vint employees to provide feedback on current and potential new features to the platform, and I got the impression that Vint is a great company, with employees who are very passionate about what they do and about doing what's best for their investors.
