Do not waste your money - absolute scam!
No detailed report, no odometer information, no damage report were provided, absolutely nothing for 9.90. I am seeing many reviews like this, should have checked first before doing any business with them. I will write an official complain to Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority of Estonia if they dont refund. These people need to stop scamming, in order to do so I advice you to write as well to authorities of Estonia
