My order wasn't sent. Vinopremier blamed their shipping company, but the shipping company said Vinopremier hadn't provided the correct paperwork. Vinopremier then blamed me. Eventually they agreed to refund my money, but they deducted "shipping fees".
Im starting to regret my orders from here.
First order was declined because product was sold out. I opted to cancel order which was confirmed. Yet money still drawn on my account and now, 3 weeks later has yet to be returned to me.
Meanwhile, I have made a new order for another product which has been confirmed. No news for 2 weeks since - no signs of it having been shipped.
No answer from site when I ask them for an update.
Soon I will start process with bank to withdraw my money from this company.
