Straight up theft. Eth never showed up and my other asset I sent, TRX, arrived but I immediately changed my mind and so I went to send it back to my wallet and it's been stuck in a "pending" withdraw status since March 12th, 2021. Customer Service response was that large transactions require review.....1k TRX needing review for 2+ months?!? All responses (which were many for some reason at first but now 0) have all been bad excuses and constant urges for me to "have patience". Well, it's been 2 months now and that's enough proof to me that my funds are gone. I am just getting started on a mission to make sure EVERYONE knows about them. I'm relentless Vinex. Watch.

vinex is thief. they stole my money. i contact their support they do not answer. they are simple thief. I contacted police in Singapore, they told me contact police in your own country. this is just waste of time. i had similar problem and contacted police and they just wasted my time. police does nothing. police told me, suppose we follow the case, who pays for our international lawyers? what a joke. i gave up. VINEX IS THIEF. YOU ARE WARNED. they do not steal for a while, when you do some transactions for test and it is ok and you do a larger transaction they steal your money and do not answer and there is nothing you can do about it. except than traveling to Singapore and talking with their police directly that i bet will be another waste of time and travel cost. DEATH TO VINEX THIEVES.
