scam company, took order and never sent tracking info. didn't respond to email, contact form on website or instagram account. cancelled through credit card. not worth the hassle

If I could give no stars I would. Please don't buy anything from this company as its a scam. They won't let you return their garbage product, and you will want to return it. Everything about it, sizing, material, workmanship just a complete waste of money. Material is not for winter at all. I would say not even for spring or fall as it's very thin and not wind or water resistant at all. SCAM!

The order I received has a tag on it that claims it is a large, but it will not fit my 120 lb daughter let alone my 170 lb son who I ordered it for. It is useless to me, and I am highly disappointed. I reached out to the company four times via email over the course of three weeks requesting an exchange or a refund, with absolutely zero response. There does not seem to be any way to get a hold of them. I can not remember writing a bad review prior to this, but my experience with this company was terrible. I ordered the jacket on December 1st as a Christmas present for my son, received it several days after Christmas, and discovered it to be useless.

They took 3 weeks to ship a cheap Chinese made windbreaker that was supposed to be a $300 thermal lined snowboard jacket.

This is a terrible company. Shipped an order even after I told them my son made a mistake buying them. Also advertised as snow pants and they are simple track pants made out of horrible material. Such as a scam and just not right. Do not order from them.

Junk.... ordered jacket and baggy pants. The jacket was terrible quality. My son wore it to the ski park for the first time and both pocket zippers broke within a few hours. Don't order from them.

This store does not offer refunds for any reason. My order came in the wrong size and the wrong color from what I ordered. It is super poor quality there are no labels and everything is super thin. There is no way this would be warm enough to wear snowboarding.

VineTerce’s products are typical examples of low-quality dropshipping clothing from China. They have no branding, no labels whatsoever, and they offer no refunds under any circumstances. I even received the wrong color jacket when it finally arrived by mail. I do not recommend buying anything from this store.
