I have purchased several items from this company. Anytime I have reached out for support, they are prompt with a response and always manage to resolve my issues effectively. I highly recommend their product, and they have great customer service!

I was up late at night surfing the web when I stumbled upon Vincero. When I saw the Gold/Onyx cross, I immediately thought my brother should have it, and so I ordered it straight away. Well, I slept on it, and the following day (Saturday), I felt I had made a mistake. I quickly emailed Vincero customer service (even though Google AI told me no one would be there to receive the message and that the order would reach the “fulfillment center” to be processed immediately.) Well, I was pleased to find a response within a few hours, and after several friendly exchanges, my order was partially restored and partially cancelled-just as I had hoped. I just love the simplicity of style and authenticity of materials with Vincero. I ordered the Large Black Stealth Cross in the end. I plan to visit a local engraving company to personalize it. I could have bought the smaller one to do that, but I was up in arms with the size.

Extremely disappointed with Vincero.

I ordered a product, received a notification that it had been delivered, but never actually received the package. I immediately contacted customer support, provided photos, and explained that when I checked my mailbox, I found packages belonging to my neighbors instead of my order.

More than a week later, I still have no package, no replacement, and no refund.

What is most frustrating is that Vincero refuses to take responsibility and simply tells customers to contact USPS themselves. As a customer, I paid Vincero for the product and delivery. I did not purchase anything from USPS.

A company should stand behind its orders and help resolve delivery issues instead of shifting responsibility to the customer.

Based on my experience, customer service has been disappointing, and I would strongly reconsider ordering from Vincero again.

I do not trust this company. I spent $175 on a Father’s Day gift on the 16th of May. Their website says 3-5 days for standard mail. But I still don’t have the gift. I have reached out to the company multiple times but have not received any response. I received a confirmation email with an order number but never a tracking number. In the email it said I would receive a fallow up email with a tracking number but I never got the email with a tracking number I will never buy from this company again and am in the process of trying to get my money back

BEWARE! This company has very limited return conditions and poor customer service! If you choose a birthstone or letter pendant, these are considered “final sale” because they are “customized items”. That being said, these are not personalized because if they were, a final sale policy would absolutely be warranted. This is equivalent to choosing to purchase a red shirt on a website and then being told it’s not returnable because you chose what color you wanted. Make it make sense…

Incomplete delivery of items ordered and extremely long delivery times. I’ve placed two orders with this company — one arrived incomplete, while the other has now been outstanding for over two weeks with no sign of delivery.

Customer Service has been among the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Communication has been poor throughout, with no meaningful resolution offered and constant attempts to shift blame onto the courier, as though this somehow becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Overall, a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Vincero watches are unique, well-crafted, and beautifully designed pieces of art. In addition to providing a top-notch product, their customer service is also amazing. I will continue to add Vincero to my collection as long as they sustain this level of production and professionalism.

I’m extremely disappointed with Vincero customer service and quality control.

I ordered a Totem Pendant with custom engraving, and the engraving I received was inaccurate. After contacting customer support, they sent me two replacement pendants — but both replacements had the exact same engraving error again.

I reached out twice more to explain that the issue still wasn’t corrected, and I’ve received no response. At this point, it feels like nobody is actually reviewing the order details or reading customer emails before shipping replacements.

The pendant itself looks nice, but custom engraving is the entire point of a personalized item, and repeatedly getting it wrong — three times total — is unacceptable. The lack of communication afterward made the experience even worse.

I expected much better quality control and customer support for the price.

I had a great experience with customer service. I would buy again.

Vincero is an excellent brand with high-quality products at a fair price. I’ve made several purchases over the past few years, and everything has always been flawless in terms of ordering, follow-up, communication, shipping, packaging, etc.

They also have a great online community where they actively seek feedback on new products, which makes you feel involved as a customer.

In short, Vincero is highly recommended!

I purchased the 4mm Bead Malachite Bracelet and the craftsmanship of the bracelet and quality of the beads are very good. Unfortunately, the assembly was disappointing. There was a gap in the wire large enough for an entire extra bead. While I understand that bead bracelets require a small "allowance" for tension and movement, this gap was significantly larger than any of my other bead bracelets. It looked like a defect rather than a design choice. When I reached out to have the item replaced, customer service dismissed my concern as a "necessary" design feature for durability and refused a replacement. Because they wouldn't fix the issue, I opted to return it. Be warned: the return process is incredibly expensive and deceiving. Despite their policy stating a $12.99 restocking/shipping fee, I was charged both the $12.99 restocking fee and an additional $18.98 shipping fee. I ended up losing over $30 just to return a defective item. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this, customer service remained inflexible and refused to offer a reasonable solution. Bottom Line: make sure you are 100% certain about your purchase, as returning it will cost you a significant portion of the price.
P.S. I’m sharing this here because my verified review on Vincero’s site from 4/5 seems to have vanished into a black hole???? Apparently, their 'confirmation' process doesn't always lead to a publication!

This is my most recent purchase from VINCERO and as in the past,looking forward to my newest watch. I have never experienced any issues on previous purchases and have always liked their design,quality and functionality.

Very difficult to return product and order replacement product!!!

Sent 20mm croc-mocha silver strap .. I need a 22 croc-mocha strap. Extremely unusable website… plus phone number for support is non-existent! Published number does not connect!

I initially saw the watch I bought on social media. It was more than I’ve ever spent on a watch, but “had to have it”. The watch is perfect. I had a question regarding something I noticed on the watch, and it was answered thx to their prompt reply to make it work. Exceeding my expectations.

Initiated warranty before end of 5 year warranty period but because the claim was not completed they will not not honor it. Understandable but frustrating. After seeing my bad review they offered 25% off - before that they offered $20.
These are just facts of their policy. Previous watch broke shortly after buying but that was 5 years ago. Just got a new one and I’m hoping durability is better at this point.
