Lack of transparency and customer care

I have been a customer of Vincere for 4 years now, and I have recently been appalled by the customer service, which is a shame as the system itself has been ok to use. When originally signing a contract 4 years ago and being automatically 'auto renewed' with minimal to 0 communication, transparency and openness on the notice periods and contract terms (when Vincere was taken over by Access Group and the pricing in my original terms had also changed). I raised my concerns. I was passed between Vincere and Access group contacts, both saying the other had to deal with it. I was asked to repeat my concerns 3x over, and then when I got back to them, was told 'my case was closed' and I can raise a complaint even though no conclusion had been reached or genuine care for customers was shown. To then also be told I would be charged to take my own data if I left, and when I questioned this, was not provided with a response. So I am now left back at square one - raising another 'complaint' and having to explain my situation again.

Contract Transparency: Our contracts include auto-renewal clauses. While reminders are not part of our standard process, our team was able to assist and address concerns through emails and meetings.

Customer Care: I regret that you were passed between teams and had to repeat your concerns. To ensure continuity, your case is now being personally managed by our colleague Chloe.

Data Retrieval: To clarify, we never charge for accessing your own data. Fees apply only if you choose technical services for formatting and securely transferring data. You also have the option to export your data independently using the CSV export guide we’ve shared.

Next Steps: Our team member Chloe reached out via email last week and we’re awaiting your reply. Please let us know a convenient time for a follow-up call or meeting, and we’ll prioritize it.

We moved over from 5 years with…

We moved over from 5 years with Bullhorn. Firstly I must praise Pragati, who was always on hand to assist with any challenges we had. We had a very short migration period due to outgoing timeline, so Pragati supported us through that. Reading from the below reviews quite a few clients have migrated from Bullhorn, so if there is a way to identify the main areas that will be challenging ahead of migration that would have been ideal, i.e. no programme feature that extends across both client and candidate simultaneously. As a specialist search firm we felt as though we were the first experiencing these challenges. Hopefully these expereinces will help with others in the future.

Nothing but praise for our team!

This review is in reference to the migration, implementation and (currently) ongoing training of Vincere. After 10 years on our old system, it was time for an upgrade. With over a decade of data, we had nerves about the move, and how moving at all over would play out, and how much work would go into the move. I cannot quite express how smooth and painless the transition was! The migration (Pragati), Implementation (Minh-Ha) and Training (Cara), have been well managed and timely from start to finish. All the praise goes towards the Vincere team (Dominika, our account manager), and their seamless service.

We cannot wait to start using our new CRM, and I am hopeful the after care will be equal in quality to what we have experienced so far.

Update: We have been on Vincere for 2 weeks now. The platform is dynamic yet straight forward to use. Our whole aforementioned team has stayed in constant contact, helping us iron out any issues, answering questions, and directing our usage. Still a very happy customer!

Excellent Support and Seamless Migration Experience

We recently migrated to Vincere from Bullhorn, and the entire onboarding journey has been outstanding. From day one, the implementation team made it clear they were here to support us — and they delivered.

Special thanks to Sam Almendral, Pragati Lakhotia, and Cara who went above and beyond. They kept us on track through data mapping, CV parsing, system setup, and troubleshooting. Every query was handled professionally and quickly, with a real "can-do" attitude.

The platform itself is a huge step up — intuitive, modern, and built for recruiters. We especially like how seamless automation, analytics, and candidate presentation are baked into the flow. The integration with our website and marketing stack is also a big plus.

Looking forward to fully rolling out Vincere across the team. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience with CSM

I’d like to recognize Aubrey Lopez, our CSM, for her consistent support with Vincere. While the platform itself has its fair share of flaws and quirks, Aubrey has been instrumental in helping us around them. Her responsiveness stands out, whether we’re dealing with technical issues or trying to make sense of old and new features, she’s available and engaged.
What sets her apart is her ability to turn around challenges. She doesn’t just troubleshoot; she helps us understand what the platform can and can’t do and then offers practical solutions that keep us moving. For example, when we were looking for certain information, she helped us modify our views and rearrange the columns so that the information are available and we can just manually compute the data we need.

5* for our Client Success Manager

This is specifically for our Client Success Manager, Aubrey Lopez, who has consistently demonstrated responsiveness and dedication in addressing the various issues we have encountered with Vincere. Beyond assisting us in navigating the platform, she has helped our team understand the limitations of the platform and proactively offers alternative solutions.
In cases when we need a new features (e.g. Intelligence Company Stats and Job Stats), she diligently monitors them to provide us timely updates.

I would like to note that the "Date of experience" field in feedback form is too restrictive. The feedback I am sharing now reflects multiple interactions over time, and that should be taken into consideration.

A powerful tool backed by a competent team

We've been working with Vincere for some time now and are overall very satisfied. The system offers many helpful features that make our day-to-day recruiting work significantly easier.

A real highlight is the customer support: our Customer Success Manager is highly committed, easy to reach, and always provides solution-oriented assistance – that truly makes a difference.

A small point deduction because some features still need a bit of fine-tuning or aren’t quite as intuitive. However, Vincere is constantly evolving, and it’s clear that customer feedback is taken seriously.

All in all: Highly recommended – a powerful tool backed by a competent team!

Great customer service

Great recruitment CRM and ATS

They have a comprehensive and intuitive recruitment CRM. It has all the functionality any growing recruitment business needs. They regularly bring out new improvements incl. lots of automation. I have found their customer service team really helpful too.

Training to Meet Our Needs

We were put in contact with a person who is helping us to get the best of the product we bought. James Zarate has been an extremely welcoming, enthusiastic and efficient person who has done a great job in understanding our complexities and creating a series of sessions to enable us to use the product well. He has taken the time and put in the effort to understand our needs, understand our systems and to help us get the best from the product. Great to work with him.
