They are totally non serious about their work and destroy their customers business too, it's been a week ago when I pay my invoice for renewal and still getting shutting down of my site and the person on Vimza and customer support is getting dumb and even not responding for the ticket and message.

Vimza has claimed in duplication. During the last February I have paid them the domain charges till 2026 now they have again sent me the mail to pay the charges for two years. Kindly consult with your finance depart to solve this discrepancy and let me know the refund.
