Good quality, worth the price, quick delivery. Relieves back pain from sitting in regular desk chair—if you put weight on shins. Can make back pain worse if used improperly (problem when I turn to chat with someone at office door for extended periods)

I ordered a chair a week ago and was told it would arrive in a few days. Then suddenly I received an email saying my order had been cancelled, with no apology, no explanation. I have emailed to ask why, but no reply as yet. Not impressed, as I was hoping this chair would be the answer to my back problems.

Ordered a chair and was told it would be delivered in a few days. When nothing happened in two weeks, I chased and was told it was unavailable and my money had been refunded. This only happened when I chased the order. No attempt to try and resolve the solution in the email, and no real indication that anyone at the company knew what was going on. I'd been looking forward to receiving the chair after suffering from a bad back. Now back at square one. Very disappointing.

Ordered a footrester 2.0 via their kickstarter. Never received a shipping confirmation and all attempts to contact via email have been ignored. On their kickstarter they encourage folks to email them if their shipment is missing, but seemingly this is only for show as they ignore those emails.

Extremely disappointed. I've reached out to the company 6 times to try to return my chair, which is worsening my nerve pain. I received one email response that was condescending in nature and basically told me to "keep trying." That was over a month ago. I've responded to that same email four times, reached out to their main customer service email once, attempted the chat feature, and still no response. I cannot use the chair and the customer service to return it has been beyond terrible. I tried giving extra grace because of the holiday, but this is beyond unacceptable. I also reached out to them before shipping occured to update my address and received a response that my address had been updated, but the shipping label still sent the chair to my former address.

I am very angry at this company, they offered the vilno 3 chair on kickstarter for a great price, I was one of the "super early bird"s to pledge, than months later they charged me 30% of the product price as a shipping cost. HALF YEAR after ordering I got the product in a torn box, and now checking their website they offer the same product with free shipping for the same price as I paid in total. Totally dishonest and tricking everybody who funded them on kickstarter and waited half a year!

Pleasant people to talk to, easy to. Follow written assembly instructions, video assembly instruction very good indeed, good quality materials used, have recommended it to friends and family, it is so good I have one in the office and one in the craft room! Thanks VILNO for such a good product.

It's a reasonably ergonomic chair, and I find it great for my back. The shin pads, though, are a tad horizontal and should have been just a bit more inclined. The other things are 1) the exposed nuts on the cross members - hey could have been on the underside; 2) the cushion finishing, which looks a bit crude around the edges; and 3) the two strips for the runners are an after thought - they could have been silicone section cushioning runners

Overall, it's an excellent functional chair, and I'm really happy I got it 👍

This is a fairly light and comfortable chair. I like that the cushion is thick and unlike other similar designed of kneeling chair - this has better height to table height since taller people can sit well unlike others which can be shorter.
Fairly easy to assemble on my own, instructions can be a bit more detailed in visuals (some area needs a bit of guessing especially the smaller nuts to screw alignment)
Overall good quality product and hope to have a lasting good chair and posture with this!

Assembly was easy.materials seem good and the chair is very comfortable. I feel my hips becoming more flexible.

Honestly, it’s worth it. It’s not perfect, but it’s worth it. The relief is immediate because of the alternative design. It is slightly more flimsy than I would hope, which is only really noticeable when you sit down with one leg tucked back and one leg out forward. I wish there was more adjustability for different body types in terms of height and angles of leg cushions as well as a lot more options for cushion variability in plushness, depth, and style. But if you have chronic back pain, it is worth it as it is. If you sit for your work or at home for prolonged periods of time, this chair will give you back years of your life. I really hope they read this review and I really hope they continue to make it better, but I am so relieved that this exists and that I have the opportunity to begin reversing the chronic pain I’ve lived with for the better half of my life and I’m only 29 years old. It’s worth checking for alternative brands to see if anyone else has made something more sturdy or adjustable or lush to offer, but this is a really amazing start and I’m happy I bought it. Thank you.

I’ve been using this chair for a little over a week and really like it so far. I have hip / low back problems and I, so far, feel more comfortable using it all day than I had a regular chair or fitness ball

This chair is ideal for tall persons. I can sit in different positions and relieve back pain. This ergonomic chair works me, sitting many hours per day.

I just got the chair. It looks and feels nice. It’s comfortable to sit on and I’m very happy to have a comfortable chair that I can sit in with my legs crossed. The build quality makes me nervous. I’m 175lbs and if I move from side to side the chair has more flex than I would want. It’s rated for 300lbs. So I wouldn’t expect it to flex so much. To be clear is only flexing side to side. It is vertically very sturdy.

I’m really enjoying my Nobel 2.0 so far. It’s going to take some time to get accustomed to but when compared to sitting in my regular office chair, I’m already experiencing greatly reduced back pain. Thank you, Vilno!

I haven’t used my chair for work yet as I just got it put together, but I can already tell it’s going to make a difference for me as I am very sedentary most working days.

I have only used the chair for a day and a half at work and it is making such an improvement in my back pain! Can’t wait to see what continued use will do!!! Thank you!!!
