I have attempted twice to order a handbag from Vilma's Vault. The accepted payment methods are Zelle, Venmo and Paypal with the paypal option being "friends and family" category instead of "goods and services". This is REALLY important to note because as a buyer, there is no buyer protection with any of these payment methods. There is no trail of US buyer experience w/ this business in the US and the payment/prices are in Euros. This seems very shady and mimics a "scam" type behavior. Buyers beware of this business and their practices. Proceed with caution.

What makes Vilma special and distinguish her from others is her: accuracy of description( if she says is in good condition, you better believe that it is even better 😉). She is very responsible and open to communication( she will answer all your questions). She is very competent when it comes to authenticity and brand verification. It's very rare to find authentic second hand bags in very good condition and the most important thing is that you can have a piece of mind about the authenticity. But what really impressed me the most is the communication with this girl, she was very helpful and quick to respond. Excellent service overall. I'll come back again for sure!
