Dropshipping! Scammers!
The packages come from Temu — something I can order myself from there, exactly the same items, and 10 times cheaper! I wrote emails — no communication at all! I feel cheated. Don’t buy from them!

We’re really sorry that you’re feeling cheated – and we completely understand why, if you’ve seen what looks like the exact same items on Temu for a fraction of the price and struggled to get any reply from us. That combination understandably destroys trust.

I’d like to clarify a couple of important points about the products and then how we’ll follow up with you:

1. About the materials – not cheap alloy / “Temu quality”
Our jewellery is not made from random base metals with ultra-thin plating. We design and produce in proper jewellery materials, such as:
- 316L stainless steel
- S925 sterling silver
- 18k gold plating over those bases, including gold vermeil
- and for some styles, solid precious metals

Unfortunately, many sellers on marketplaces like Temu and AliExpress copy our designs (including the Hug Ring and others) and sometimes even steal or heavily imitate our photos.
They then produce lookalikes in:
- cheap zinc alloy or plain copper
- with very thin “gold-coloured” coating

That’s why they can sell them for a few euros – the material and finishing costs are tiny. For us, the production cost alone of one piece in stainless/sterling with real 18k plating is often higher than the full retail price of those marketplace copies, which is why our prices can’t match theirs.

So while some pieces may look similar online, they are not the same in terms of materials, durability, and finishing.

2. About your experience & what we’re doing now
None of this excuses the lack of communication you’ve had from us – that part is on us. If you’ve emailed and only met silence, it’s completely fair to feel scammed, regardless of the material story.

To make sure we handle your case properly and not just with a generic explanation, we’ve sent you a request via Trustpilot asking for your order details (order number and the email you used at checkout). Once you reply there, we will:
- look up your order immediately,
- go through what you received vs. what you expected, and
- arrange a return and refund or another fair solution if you’re not satisfied with the product.

An abyss of a customer service experience

I ordered a hug ring from them and got an immediate confirmation of the order. I then received an email about 4 days later saying it’s on the way. I have heard nothing since. I sent them an email 3 days ago and haven’t received a reply yet. I have a bad feeling about this one. If Victorias read this, please reply to my emails. Order number is VK69512.
Here’s hoping.Update. Victorias contacted me and asked if I could have patience with the slow delivery process and could I change the rating I gave them. I replied that I would if and when my item was delivered. Lo and behold, my item was delivered this morning. It seems they are inundated with orders at this time of year and were experiencing a backlog. Well done Victorias.

Update to this company

Update to this company. I have now been contacted by various people on social media that have ordered and have not received item . They give a long list of excuses, but it appears there sending from China 🇨🇳. I am taking them to claims court as of tomorrow so if anyone else would like to join in my case please DM me . They are a scam company and its not right they take your hard earned money for there greed !!

Very poor communication

Very poor communication, tried to send emails to then get a bounce back saying their mailbox is full. I then tried another email address went through no problem. Just looking for my delivery company said it was sent to Royal Mail on the 4/12 but tracking number is still saying they are awaiting parcel. Would just like my parcel sent and communication form company would be nice.

#VK70845

After 2 weeks the Hug ring I ordered appeared in my post box.. unfortunately the tracking information was never updated, luckily a neighbour let them into the building.
I understand that the Hug ring going viral on social media was an unexpectedly huge success, and caused a massive spike in demand.
It seems that it was impossible for the customer service team to deal with the massive amount of queries, Including my own shipping concerns. However they have since contacted me and appear to be getting back on track, offering a partial refund as a sign of goodwill.

Update 21st Dec

The refund has been received back on my card, and I also received an e-mail from Viktorias apologising again, and to let me know the refund was processed. In the end the customer service exceeded expectations.

SCAM AND DROPSHIPPING! AliExpress Goods Sold at 10x Markup with Fake 'Express' Delivery

WARNING! This store is a classic dropshipper based on price and logistics fraud.
​Astronomical Markup and Price Fraud: Products that cost only a few euros (€X) on the Chinese marketplace AliExpress are sold by this store for several dozen euros (€XX). This is an unethical and outrageous markup that hides the true origin of the goods.
​False Promise of Express Shipping: The delivery was definitely not express. I waited for the shipment for over two weeks, which is typical for standard shipping directly from China.
​Proof of Dropshipping: The item arrived in a standard bubble mailer envelope which, beneath the local courier's sticker/label, had visible Chinese labels and markings typical of AliExpress shipments.
​Do not be fooled. You are buying highly marked-up goods sourced from AliExpress. You receive a long delivery time for an "express" price. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this store.

Unfortunately, many AliExpress sellers knock off our designs (including the Hug Ring) and sometimes even steal or copy our photos. They then produce lookalikes in cheap alloy or copper with very thin coloring, which is why they can sell them for just a few euros.

For us, the cost to produce one piece in sterling silver/stainless steel with proper 18k plating and finishing is often higher than the final price of those ultra-cheap copies. That’s the main reason there’s such a big price difference.

2. Why there are Chinese labels on some parcels
Seeing Chinese labels under the courier sticker understandably feels like dropshipping. In reality, it’s because we sometimes use international logistics partners and hubs, where:
- Shipments are consolidated and routed through different centers,
- Original logistics labels can include Chinese routing info,
- Your local courier then adds their own label on top.

That said, we hear you: the optics are bad, and we are reviewing both packaging and communication around logistics so it doesn’t feel misleading or “AliExpress in disguise.”

3. “Express” vs actual delivery time
You’re absolutely right to be frustrated if you paid for an express option and experienced a much longer delivery time. During very high demand, some routes have taken longer than they should, and that’s something we’re actively working on with our carriers. If the service you received didn’t match what was promised, we want to make that right.

Ordered a ring for my girlfriend

Ordered a ring for my girlfriend, after not hearing anything for weeks I reached out to them to ask what is happening with the order. They sent an email saying it is on the way with a tracking number. However Royal Mail has been ‘expecting it’ for days now. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, I have completely lost all confidence in ever receiving the item. Will purchase with a reputable brand instead.

It took 2 weeks to finally arrive, and the box was empty! The package was held together with an elastic band and all that was inside was a bag and a box, but no ring! I expect an immediate refund.

The experience was mixed

The experience was mixed. Thought it was a total scam after not getting any support about my delayed order and was only left with a tracking number. The delivery took more than a month, but finally arrived yesterday, with everything in place as ordered. For those doubting and giving 1 star reviews - I feel you. Was thinking about leaving the same. Turned out to be just impatient, which was pretty obvious due to lack of almost any responses to my emails with concerns.

Edit I was a bite inpatient it arrived last night lovely from what saw and well packed My order is #VK75311 paid extra for faster delivery. Have not heard anything after several emails then got an update that. My order had been shipped now they say that they can't update me has to be the royal mail but royal mail say they r still waiting on it that was 4 days ago

Bad communication

Hello,
I discovered the company and their rings via instagram. Looked pretty solid, as far as I can tell but since i paid my ring there was zero communication and every email i wrote was answered by

"Thank you for contacting Viktorias.
We’ve received your message and our small team is currently experiencing higher demand than usual, so response times may be a little longer. We’re truly sorry for the delay and appreciate your patience."

As for now my patience is over because after 2 weeks there should be at least a proper responding email.

As of now I have received an email in which they promised it would be here in 6 workdays, also a 100% refund if I change this rating to 5 stars. Let's see if this comes true.

Finally received the ring, thank you for that. It took very long and your lack of communication was not very helpful. Everything felt like a scam. Please be more prepared for the Christmas pressure.
Also I did not receive any refund of the money they promised. I guess this counts only for people changing their rating.
