Total scam, ordered 2 weeks ago, sent multiple emails to support to change the color of the product I ordered, I haven't either recived a response nor a shipping confirmation.

This is a joke to be honest

This is a joke to be honest. My order number #VK89007 was placed on the 1 Feb 2026 and 17 days later I have received nothing. So much for a gift, but I guess viktorias is the gift that keeps on giving. The tracking is useless, the support is non-existent. Good luck if you think you will get or order or even a refund. By the time this happens I’m sure the engraving would have rubbed off by then. Anyways, this is terrible on every level and to those who actually got their order, I don’t believe you.

Ordered a necklace for valentines day

Ordered a necklace for valentines day, hasn't arrived 6 days after placing order, valentines day has gone, no emails, no contact, no tracking number. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, would never have ordered from them. Please avoid using this company as the delivery next day after placing order is a huge lie.
Alot of stress, inconvenience and a BIG BIG LET DOWN.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY TO AVOID A MASSIVE DISSAPPOINTMENT.

Simple scammers, don't give them a coin

They sent me an item worth around €1,500 as a simple letter (assuming they actually sent me anything at all), which never arrived. They said they'd send the item back via courier, but they never did, offering no explanation and disappearing completely. I've opened a case on PayPal; let's see if I can get something.

I received a full reimbursement on March 4 thanks to Paypal. Great Paypal!

Misleading postage and advertising.

I wish I had checked here first before ordering from this company. They should be reported to the Advertising Standards as their promotion of their products is extremely misleading.

I purchased a ring after seeing an advert for it on Instagram. The advert was promoting it as an ideal gift for Valentine’s Day a week before the day. The website promises free ‘Express’ delivery. One week after ordering I am still waiting with the tracking link showing that Royal Mail have not received the product from Viktorias.

I appreciate that you have put a notice on here saying to have delays with deliveries. But you have NOT got anything like that on your website where it matters. A useless company.

Radio silence …

UPDATE - Royal Mail Tracking number now provided - status of this has not changed
For days and original tracking info has original ordering date. Have instructed bank to sort

For a company that says they ship within one day of payment/order, it’s absolutely not true. Customer service not fit for purpose, placed an order ORDER #VK92167 this still hasn’t arrived and all messages sent via socials and email regarding this have been ignored.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company, I have emailed twice with no response, I had express delivery and have not heard about my item for over a week, I have since emailed and messaged on instagram to cancel my order and get a full refund, absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, if you don’t have stock then let the customer know. Ridiculous

Just to update what happened to me after i ordered my necklace on the 29 -11-2025 , false promises, no necklace no compensation money for letting down which they offered, as long as I changed my reviews to 5 star , I will never do that they ruined my Christmas , keep away from Viktorias, I have after almost 3 months got a refund from my bank , I had a lucky escape because I paid with my Credit Card . Total scam , imagine fake tracking number , false promises and lots of emails asking you to change the rating , absolute nightmare. Keep away

Better late the never

After waiting 6 weeks for my order and a few emails sent, Viktorias finally got back to me. It turned out it was lost in the local postoffice. They sent me a free replacement within a few days. I'm happy with that. I had lost hope and thought it was a scam company. The hug ring is very nice.

Communication is HORRIBLE

As of right now, I have to give a one star. While they originally answered very quickly about changing the address of my order, they have now not answered in 2 weeks and I have received no updates on where my package may be. I have emailed almost 5 times and have seen no response. I don’t even want a refund, I just want my order.

If you guys see this, I am willing to update my review when you get back to me. I understand valentines is a busy season but this is ridiculous. My order number is VK88714.

Unresolved Order After Four Months

I ordered the “I Love You” necklace in October 2025, and the payment was deducted from my account immediately. As of today, four months later, I have not received the item, nor have I received any meaningful response to my repeated emails requesting either an update or a refund.

Despite eventually being offered a refund option, no refund has been processed and no follow-up communication has been provided. After four months without delivery, resolution, or even a status update, this situation is extremely disappointing.

This experience reflects an unacceptable standard of customer service and accountability. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

I wrote a review regarding VK83826…

I wrote a review regarding VK83826 concerning an I LOVE YOU necklass which was delayed by 3 weeksfor which i was offered the choice of waiting for the necklass or having a full refund.As the necklass was a Christmas gift i requested a refund. The customer service was to this point ok slow but due to the xmas period acceptable. Since the refund request however the emails and replies have become scarce. I did recieve an email asking for me to change my review as the refund was being refunded immediately. I changed the review, still no refund. 2 further emails have been sent, again no replies. Its quite clear that i am not going to get the £309 refund and no necklass. Due to the lack of communication i can only summise that this is a scam.

Will completely ghost your emails

I asked to cancel my order in less than 24hrs after purchase as I realized there is a big chance I won't receive the order on time.
I only got a reply after the order was shipped telling me that is not possible now cause it's already on the way.
So I rejected to receive the package and asked for return and refund. However my emails are still completely ignored since December 2025 . Totally Feels like a scam. Are they now waiting for the 100 days policy to end and then reply it's no longer possible to return?

Ordered something for my girlfriend back in mid December worth £60, it's now one week into February and I still haven't recieved it?

I have tried to contact the company numerous times but haven't heard anything back apart from an automated response, terrible.

Bought a necklace...love…

Bought a necklace...love it..Unfortunately it was broken when opened up...contacted viktorias..Spoke to Adam...I offered to send it back to be replaced as we did like the product...Adam said we didn't have to return it and he would send a new one out straight away...
You can't ask for anymore than that...
