After suffering with blocket and wasting lots of hours responding to texts and test drives, VKDB restored my dignity! It was sad that I was leaving behind my precious beauty KIA behind but also really impressed about the transparency and clarity of the whole process from Viköperdinbil. And everyone there speaks English and sounds so kind and patient. If there were 10 stars, I would give them, wholeheartedly! Offered 60.000 for a 2010 2.8 V6 4x4 Turbo that is worth 145.000 at any car dealership. What a disgrace prise to offer u should be a shamed of yourself.

The company promptly took over the ownership of the car within 24 hours of signing the contract. However, still after three business day I have not received the payment. This starts worryingly to look like a scam.

Reasonable/fair price, quickly sold and paid.

I got an online offer (predictably low, but acceptable) and arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment, to be told that they would not value my car as there was insufficient time. I pointed out that I had phoned customer services to warn I could be late and asked how the problem could be solved. I was met with inflexibility and arrogance. I explained that I was leaving the country the following day and again asked for a solution (e.g. work faster or 10 minutes longer). Again, no flexibility, only wasting the available time with petty arguments. We only got somewhere when I flipped out and a different employee stepped in with a straightforward solution (giving power of attorney to a friend who could sign for the offer once the valuation was carried out the following day). Even then the valuation was not done at the scheduled time and the offer made was reduced by 3000 sek for a spurious reason to do with the service history (which was silently reversed when I challenged it). All-in-all a humiliating experience brought about by someone apparently too excited by the power in their hands and no interest whatsoever in customer service or finding a solution.

I sold my Volvo S60 CC 2018 and it was a smooth process.
The only thing bothered me much during the process was that I got too many emails and messages from VKDB. I also got an email with slightly low price figures that says "Uppdatera priset på din Volvo xxx" and that make me so confused, but the contract at the end was signed based on the promised price.

Other than the spams, I am quite satisficed and money was arrived in my account during the 4th working day.
