Fantastic arranging cruise which was amazing and kept in contact with us and helpful with any queries

Vicki goes above and beyond, she's the only travel advisor that I contact. I'm an avid traveller and already have booked numerous holidays with her and so many already booked for the future. I highly recommend Vicki.

My sister and I went on a cruise organised by Vikki last September. It was our first time on a cruise do didn't know what to expect but was both thoroughly enjoyed it. Vikki was amazing leading up to our departure, keeping us updated and knowing where we needed to be. Would definitely recommend booking with them

Just like to say NJT were amazing, especially Vikki Coffey and her dedicated team.

We (3 of us) were exceptionally dubious about booking a cruise..our first ever, and naturally quite nervous about every aspect.

It confusing enough booking flights airport parking, accommodation, and no matter how much research we do, there are always some niggling questions.

Vikki was amazing, outstanding after care from first contact. She was answering calls and queries more than 12hrs a day, and if she was finally in bed, your text or email would ping the moment she read your messages, texts and emails.
I am a cancer worrier, and im afraid i did bombard NJT with many question. credit/debit cards, ( for the cruise card, how does it work...)
Where is the best place to wait as we were driving to Southampton but would arrive earlier. , Disabled Access, arranging help/luggage/wheelchair passenger ,
We didnt want a bill for the cabin fridge so we were told to ask cabin staff to kindly empty its contents...etc.. Things we were not sure off.
Had lots of advice re "packages," be it drinks, dining, wifi, etc..... all extremely helpful, when booking.
We were part of a group of 2k fans of Steve Steinman Productions, and obviously to get everyone involved, tickets for his shows, places to meet up to get our on board information, for so many people, for many would have been a logistical nightmare, but Vikki and all who supported her at NJT, made it happen.
We all thoroughly enjoyed what was for many many of us, our first cruise experience, it was an adventure i for one will never forget, ...and just leaves us all wanting more.....
As a highly reputable company, whos aim is to ensure their customers recieve first class service , Not Just Travel, are the ones to trust.

Our memories of our first cruise, the whole booking process and the fact that you can speak, text, email makes the whole experience, a better one.
Cant wait to start planning again...

Wow what an amazing experience we've had on our rocking the boat cruise booked with vikki coffey, we had absolutely nothing to worry about as vikki looked after us from the minute we booked the cruise, answered all our questions before and during cruise as vikki came with us on cruise, she really is a workaholic, looking after 2000 people is certainly no easy task but she made it look so easy and took it all in her stride letting nothing get her down. The Steve steinman production team were amazing too. So a massive thank you vikki for looking after us and giving us the most amazing holiday.

We booked our first ever cruise through Vikki at Not Just Travel along with a few thousand others for the Rocking The Boat cruise with Steve Steinman. I have to say I would have no hesitation in using Vikki again. She was always on hand to answer any questions and she was always pleasant and helpful. Despite there being a few hiccups, Vikki managed to sort all of these and even came on the cruise with us, where again she did an incredible job co-ordinating everything and to say the cruise was a success is like saying the Titanic hit an ice cube, it was brilliant and even the MSC Cruise director was raving about it. So thank you once again Vikki and here's to the next one. An easy 10/10 from this traveller.

Just spent an amazing time on the gorgeous MSC Virtuosa ship, a 4 night cruise holiday organised by the amazing Vikki Coffey of SeaKing Adventures-Not just travel. Great communication throughout the booking process, quick at answering questions, as we were first time cruisers we had so many questions and worries but vikki was always at the end of the phone with all the answers. Will definitely be using her service again for our next cruise

We had the most amazing holiday cruise on the MSC Virtuosa, organised by the dynamic Vikki Coffey in conjunction with Steve Steinman Productions. She was amazing from the day we first did the booking throughout the period leading up to the start of the cruise and during the cruise and beyond. She worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was looked after, and even now is making sure that everyone's questions are answered. Her team were also always there to answer any questions we had or resolve any issues. We will most certainly be booking with Vikki and notjusttravel again. Always there for a helping hand , anytime it's needed

Great to the point of booking and taking the deposit and balance, but awful when it comes to correcting mistakes on the booking form. 3 months from traveling and they still haven't got the details right despite numerous emails and calls.

Just being friendly, polite , and genuinely interested in your needs and concerns. Also speaking very clearly on the phone, brilliant.

Haven’t taken the cruise yet but vicky has been very good in her communication

Vikki is great at responding quickly and sorting out any issues. Only had a minor problem but all sorted. Certainly would recommend booking with Not just Travel and Vikki
