You can easily find the same item on Aliexpress, spending less than 2-3min with 99% cheaper price. I'd only use this site as potentially finding what you want and then buying it on AliExpress seriously.

I ordered an item and waited ten days. When I had not received a shipping notification, I contacted customer support and was told that “the system error” had caused my order to be cancelled. They offered to either ship the item or refund me. I asked them to ship it and received no further reply from them. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. The website is a scam. Do not use them.

Item received but did not think it was worth the money at £625 as the quality was not good, sent back but did not have the confidence would get a refund as was offered 50% off next order, when refused that due to cost they said would be review on return and no further communication from company just stopped replying, had to go through the bank to put a dispute in.
Don’t waste your money unless a cheaper item.

This company operates as a drop-shipper of items found on AliExpress and sells them at a 1000% markup. For example a bracelet sold on their site for $79.99 can be found on AliExpress for $5.99.

ALSO they failed to disclose that the product has a California Prop 65 warning and contains Lead and Cadmium.

Saw an ad on instagram and considered it possibly being a scam but ordered one of their bracelets and was surprised with how nice they look and feel. Only issue with the bracelet I ordered is that it’s a bit of a pain to put on and take off but they live up to the images they had shown.

Do not buy from this company. Their bracelets are so small they will not fit on a child. They
lie and mismarked their goods. Horrible,Horrible Horrible company. Don't waste your money.

Ordered, never arrived, believe its a scam? Edit: not a scam, my bracelet arrived today, and I am very pleased with it, only delivery is questionable as it was left by Evri on the doorstep

The company is a scam. You buy from them on their website and they send from TEMU or another Chinese website. If you want to claim a refund, you have to damage the items on purpose, otherwise you won't be able to return them. The purchase should also be made through PayPal or another company where you can file a claim, because they won't give you your money back.

Although the jewelry is rather expensive, it all comes from China. Refunds are not possible, only exchanges, and you have to send them yourself to either New Zealand or the Philippines!! Would recommend to source jewelry closer to home…

The discounts offered disappeared when I went to pay. Full price taken.

No response to emails.

Very confusing delivery updates.

Website has many good reviews but no method to add a customer review.

After several more emails got a poorly worded email in response.

The goods when they arrived were OK, can see why they can offer discounts. If you need extra links they hard to fit.

OK product but I won't be a repeat customer.
