Great Service
I ordered a specialist vinyl adhesive that I could not find anywhere else. Seeing the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I opted for a tracked delivery. Order delivered in 6 days by DPD, exactly as described.

Great range of professional adhesive products, decent delivery time.
I have been ordering adhesive products from Viking Industrial for some time and always found them to be really competative on price and the delivery is usually quite quick.
On this occasion DPD did let them down slightly, but the product arrived a day after it was expected and does the job well. Thanks.

Paid + nothing delivered
Viking are unapologetic about taking payment for products they do not stock. They advertise a wide range of tapes at good prices (maybe too good?).
I ordered two products and got an email saying one was 'not immediately available'. 3 weeks later nothing received. No communication. No refund.
Here is the misleading message:
"Due to our large product range it is not always possible to keep all products, sizes and colours in stock. Currently we do not have an item on your order in stock and available for immediate despatch, we apologise for this inconvenience."
You get a refund if you write to them.
I wrote a follow-up letter with my concerns and have no further reply. Is this is a scam?
Viking Industrial Products Ltd: est 1989. Family business Colin + Patricia Bennett. Appears to have £1.3m turnover + £300k of stock (companies house)
Maybe they are just going through a bad spell.

Not Interested
I was looking for some custom printed Vinyl Tapes, I sent an online enquiry, heard nothing, phoned them and was told someone would be in touch, no one called, tried phoning at 3pm on a Friday afternoon and it went straight to answer machine. I phoned Rajapack and had a response from a very helpfull sales assistant ( Eloise ) within minutes of emailing what I wanted printed.
Why of why are some companies so devoid of customer service !
