The webshop and customer service are not working as they should

The webshop and customer service are not accessible. I have registered returning of items in the order, but never received the return label to be able to ship the items back to the store, neither is there any return address in the webshop so that I'm able to return the items myself without the return label. I've written to them many times no answer, some phone numbers I found by searching, no answer either. I am worried about this return as the 30 day deadline is close and I will travel in 2 days. Order number 230013.

Worst quality boots i've ever bought.

Ice fighter boots soles literally disintegrating and splitting after 1 winter. Uppers are also cracked, where my toes bend. I can see another review further down where someone had the exact same issue.

Company won't give me any acknowledgement the boots are faulty and say to contact the site I bought them from. The responses from viking were polite, but unhelpful due to the company policy of not accepting responsibility for faulty products if bought from other retailers.

Absolute waste of money and the worst quality boots I've ever owned.

It shouldn't matter where I bought them from, viking made the awful product and should replace them.

De reklamerer med "Free delivery and…

De reklamerer med "Free delivery and returns all orders", men returfunksjonen på nettsiden virker ikke. "Feilen" på nettsiden ser ut til å være permanent, og siden "spinner" når du kommer til Register here. Sleipt og alt for dårlig!

Danner voldsom kondens i støvlen

Viking Noble Warm danner SÅ meget kondens, dine fødder og flere lag strømper / sokker bliver drivvåde ved brug.
Så - køber du gummistøvler for at holde dine fødder tørre, er Viking Noble Warm absolut ikke for dig!

You obviously don’t understand!
I bought them for wintertime, which it is here now in December in the Northern Hemisphere - and the reason I choose the warmer option.
THE PROBLEM IS THEY GIVE YOU WET FEET OF CONDENSATION.
Of course I don’t expect wet feet in rubber boots!

iv all ways bought viking gortex boots…

iv all ways bought viking gortex boots great for the winter in Sweden. but the last pair i bought last year are all ready falling apart. had no help from the shop i bought them from online 3000kr down the drain not very happy.. I bought your boots from a online store. your boots i got no response from the shop all my family have bought viking gortex boots for the past 26 years since we moved to Sweden. and now the last pair hasn't even lasted 2 winters 3000kr gone there's no chance of any help or replacement boots . Great service from a large company....

If you bought the boots from the Viking official online store at https://vikingfootwear.com then all footwear is covered by a two year warranty if there is a production or material defect. If you bought the boots from a retail store or another online seller then you will need to contact the seller for further information.

Not worth the money, clearly don’t care about customers.

Update: after more than 6 months, finally get a reply below suggesting I email the address that has not responded to any of my previous requests for assistance, my original point stands, no support, no interest, ( although the email below is not complete, so doesn't work, a bit like the poor quality Viking shoes I had )

Beware! No return label and no reply to return requests

The order came without return label. Customers have to contact Viking Footwear customer service to get one and to organise a pickup by TNT. I only ever received one reply asking me for dates I would prefer for pickup. I gave three options and never heard back since. The shoes (which are way to big) are still waiting in a solid box to be returned (instead of the shabby black plastic bag they arrived in). I contacted payment provider Klarna about this issue and hope I will be protected from being ripped off by Viking Footwear. Reading other reviews and also comments on Facebook, this does not seem to be an exception.

Ridiculous service

Ridiculous service. Sent many emails since their chosen delivery service failed to deliver despite many interactions with them. Customer service of viking doesnt respond to email. After more than 3 weeks product still arrived by surprise (when I already bought other shoes for my child). Return label not in the box as claimed and tags are already detached.

Shoes are very good but its strongly recommended you buy them from a third party reseller who does have proper customer service and delivery.
