Viking Coffee are independent coffee roasters based in glorious Mid-Kent countryside. We started in the coffee business over twelve years ago with our coffee shop. The popularity of our coffee has grown and grown over the years so much so we developed our own house blend several years ago. When we were naming our original blend we wanted a name that conjured up thoughts of strength, power and had a bit of ooomph!! This is when we thought of 'Viking' which described it perfectly as it's exactly what we wanted our blend to portray. When we decided to open our roastery we wanted to share our love of great coffee and source and roast the coffee ourselves. When naming the roastery 'Viking Coffee' then became the obvious choice for a name. Our experience of road testing many other coffees over the years is when we put them to the test as an espresso they were on the whole pretty good, but when you added them to milk in a Caffe latte or Cappuccino any flavour was lost. When we set about developing our coffee range of blends we always kept this in mind. Our roastery creates a good range of blends and single origin coffees, we have a passion for well sourced good quality coffee. When a great coffee comes along we'll add it to our range. We can supply Wholesale/Trade to cafe’s, restaurants, hotels, offices or home and also offer the opportunity to subscribe. We love our coffee, we especially love trying new coffees and expanding our expertise. We hope you share our passion and love our coffee as much as we do.
