Vigur is a serious and highly professional company that offers a vast selection of high-quality health products. I have ordered several products from them over the past year and they always deliver fast and carefully packed products.

The last time I ordered something the parcel had received some damage on the way, and one product had shattered over the entire package.
The customer service quickly responded and sent a new one, and they also included a free product as well. Excellent service. 5/5.

I have not received the 2 products i ordered (over a month ++ ago). They are not responding to my several emails about when the products will arrive, shipped, nor refund for the purchase. Radio silence..i strongly recommend to avoid this shop.

EDIT: they finally responed and cancelled the order only after seeing my negative feedback on trustpilot AND ARE now threatening with judicial actions because of my negative feedback here.

Happy with all the products I have ordered and great customer service when I wrote that I was missing a delivery. They answered fast and even gave me a free extra product.

I ordered a product here but unfortunately received the wrong product, however, the staff replied to my email in literally 3 minutes and assured me the product would leave the next day, which it did. It arrived very quickly but due to me moving apartments the product couldn’t find its way to me, however, they immediately sent a replacement and again replied to me in around 3-4 minutes again. They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to deliver. Thank you very much
