The ring is missing one cubic zirconia in letter "u". I cannot confirm, that this is 9ct gold, as it should be. I'm gonna check it out.
The return of Item purchased on Etsy is quite difficult due to the postal terms. I bought it for 149.90 pounds, with cost of sending it is in polish zlotys 805 - not so cheap even when it's gold. I bought it just because in my country is hard to get such ring and now I regret. Be careful, people, because You may spend your money on something not good as it seems.
EDIT: it's confirmed by pawnshop worker, that ring is made from 375 (9ct) gold.
The seller not responds on my messeges, what is very rude and only serious matter can explain such behaviour.

Having spent £188.00 on a silver necklace and bracelet for my grandson's 21st birthday. They arrived in plastic bags stuffed into the smallest box possible. There was no beautiful jewellery presentation box with their name 'Viggiano' printed on the box. I'm not even sure it was silver. Disappointed was an understatement! I emailed them to tell them that if they want repeat business they should make their presentation better. They have today sent me another box, worse than the previous box, small, red and cheap quality. Don't buy from Viggiano. They are scammers!

Ordered a necklace to be delivered before my wife’s birthday working on their next day delivery. Royal Mail tracking given but the tracking number 5 days later still shows as waiting for the company going by Viggiano which here seems to be called Forevermy. Emailed 3 times this week on three different addresses with no response from any - no contact number to call - is this a scam unit!!
