Vigentis SARL : Formal Warning Regarding Vigentis SARL and Associated Entities, Perffin Group and Qrescendo.co
Do not engage with Vigentis SARL under any circumstances. Based on my direct experience, this organization should be avoided entirely.
Vigentis SARL and Qrescendo do not have the capacity to originate or fund loans. It lacks demonstrable liquidity and, in my view, has no credible ability to deliver on its stated financial products. The company is connected to a network of related entities, including Perffin Group and Qrescendo UK Ltd, which appear to operate in coordination. In addition, UK-based SUKSES Today has been engaged to onboard prospective clients. Throughout my dealings, the leadership of these organizations has made repeated statements that were inconsistent and, ultimately, untrue.
I entered into an agreement with Qrescendo and Vigentis SARL on the basis that I would provide a £600,000 deposit in return for a £1,800,000 leveraged savings loan, to be delivered within 6 weeks. This decision was made in reliance on specific representations, including that:
* €600 million of liquidity was being provided by the European Investment Bank; and
* My £600,000 deposit would be segregated and ring-fenced with Citi Luxembourg.
Both of these representations have proven to be false.
When the loan was not delivered within the agreed 4–6 week period, I formally requested the return of my £600,000 deposit. Under the terms of the agreement, the funds were to be returned within five working days. Despite repeated written assurances from the Founder and CEO—stating that repayment would occur “any day now,” “tomorrow,” “within 24 hours,” or “imminently”—no repayment has been made.
Vigentis SARL and Qrescendo have now retained my missing £600,000 for over 22 weeks. No satisfactory explanation has been provided as to the location of the missing funds or how they have been used.
It is also relevant that Bank Andaria (Malta) and Banking Circle (Luxembourg), which Vigentis SARL and Qrescendo utilized as embedded banking partners, conducted anti-money laundering reviews. Following these reviews, Andaria terminated its relationship with Vigentis SARL and Qrescendo. Vigentis SARL and Qrescendo have totally ghosted Andaria. I am contacting many hundreds of possible other embedded banks to alert them of these companies activities.
In summary, my experience indicates a consistent pattern of misrepresentation, non-performance, and failure to return client funds. I strongly advise against engaging with Vigentis SARL and Qrescendo or any associated entities.
Avoid at all Costs!!!!!
