Absolute scam this company tried to…

Absolute scam this company tried to take £34.88 from my old card which was cancelled months ago luckily my bank noticed this declined payment and refund me I have raised a fraud case against and contacted Action Fraud. I have emailed them 5 times over 5 days and still not even an acknowledgement email back. If they try and take your money contact your bank and raise fraud case with them they can cancel transactions and get your money back for you.
Report them to Action Fraud too might get them fined or shut down !!!!

Used CPA to take money from my account…

Used CPA to take money from my account without permission using old card details 3 months after I cancelled. Apparently they have cancelled the pending transaction but this can take 1 to 7 days! Leaving me short until I get paid in a few days. Apparently they don't compensate for stealing money. I was conned into signing up while looking for a loan during furlough as soon as I realised I emailed to cancel and apparently they had no details for me, therefore nothing to cancel, yet when I called yesterday they blamed COVID19 that they did not get my email yet when I called my number flagged up on their system with an account. Reporting to my bank and Action Fraud.

Easy to Cancel and Refund

I give them 1 star for the shady way they get you to sign up, hiding behind an 11p one off charge but increase it to 2 stars for the ease in which I was able to get a refund and cancel the subscription. I guess this only applies if you notice the £34 withdrawal within the first 2 weeks but call their 08 number listed in terms and conditions and I was only on hold for a couple of minutes and then speaking to a customer service agent for less than a minute and a refund was issued and my account cancelled.

FRAUDS

FRAUDS! I received a text from Santander, alerting me of activity on my account by a "company" I had never heard of. Santander declined this payment as it flagged as a scam, because they have a reputation with banks because they continuously keep scamming people. After a lengthy phone call I found out they were repeatedly trying to take money from my account and were declined, now I've had to have my card blocked and a new one issued. It feels so good to say they didn't get a penny from me and they failed, but I feel awful for those where they succeeded. I've never heard of this company and I haven't applied for anything since a credit card 2 years ago. I can see they are frauding people and taking money from their accounts just by looking at loans and exploiting the situation that they need money. Absolutely disgusting and they aren't a professional company, just some sad wasters sat somewhere with a landline. I hope they will get closed down promptly. I will be taking it further with the help of my bank. Nice try viewsocial

again this sham company have stolen…

Update: after complaining to bank & bank investigating them, they refunded all my money. But they still haven't replied to emails or emailed me to let me know they refunded me.
again this sham company have stolen money from me, i have no idea how they got my info in the first place but back in june I complained that they were taking 11p from my bank acc, i emailed them & they replied (1month later!) saying that my account has been cancelled & i won't have any more charges, but today (24/10/19) they took 34.88 from my acc, i cant afford that! im on benefits FFS! hopefully i will be able to reclaim it via bank, but it shudnt of happened in the first place. you call them but they never answer the phone. the customer service email address thats advertised doesnt work, luckly i still had the email they had sent me just i replied to that.
