Excellent product design, sales, and support

Service was great. Order arrived in great condition.

If you’re put off by the price of cable rail systems stop contemplating and call. Buy once cry once, worth every penny. I’m not easily impressed so when I tell you this was one of the best experiences at every stage, believe it. User friendly at every level from ordering, design, shipping, delivery, packaging of materials, notifications, installation instructions, quality of materials, everything was top flight. Very easy to install for anyone with a little experience and modest tools.

I was impressed with the process from begining to end. I have never ordered railings before and thier simple step by step process online was easy and clear. They shipped when they said they would ship and the quality is top shelf. Thank You Viewrail.

Purchased a rod rail railing for the ramp leading up to the entry way on an ADU.

Final install is very nice

Only negative comment is on the quality of packaging of the order. The containers for the long items like the rod rails and cap inserts were marginal, with the boxes smashed and ripped. Fortunately, no items were damaged or unusable.

Excellent service, good design and support. The railing can be professionally installed and is DIY for someone (myself) with basic skills attention to detail.

At first I was a little shy because I HAD to speak with someone, great the never ending sales pitch I thought to myself.
My initial email was followed up with a phone call later that day. We discussed size of the rail system, color, grade and size of the posts. Infill and top rail. Was sent a quote a short time later that we felt was fair and inline with what was offered by other companies, who had not gotten back to me by this time.
Once the order was placed and shipped, I was contacted by the delivery people. They were very communicative with any delays. And we were also able to see them as they progressed on their route. No guessing if they would be on time or not.
We did have a small issue with one piece of the infill, but the problem was solved quickly and professionally after one short phone call to the customer service department.
In all I would suggest Veiwrail to anyone who is looking for a railing for their home.

My customer purchased approximately $80,000 in product from view rail. The quality of the product is absolutely amazing, the installation was seamless and end result is absolutely beautiful. Viewrail hasterrible quality control, and terrible customer service. It took weeks for our order to show up complete, very difficult communicating through emails and multiple people. we had significant trouble getting the right parts on time the first time. I love the product, but I personally believe this company needs to invest more in quality control before their product leaves. The facility and customer service definitely needs to improve between view rail, and the end-user. Based on the issues we had with our order and interactions with this company. I would most likely consider shopping competitors if I were to install this type of product again.

Ordered $20,000 in wood stair treads. Some had some visible damages, so we ordered replacements. They ensured us that the order would be expedited and we could expect the replacements in 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we received the incorrect treads. They were "double checked" by Viewrail and for whatever reason they were not like for like. Our client has now made the decision to not pay us for the stair system and we are forced to eat the cost. View rail has yet to figure out reasonable solution for this issue.

The product has a great look, is durable, and they have good support. The prices for the viewrail components are not one of value but you must accept we are suffering with a recent bout of inflation and this product is a fine grade of stainless steel. I was disappointed in that the kit purchased to do the install myself was not returnable as had been indicated when I first purchased it; despite being in great shape (perfectly reusable) the company had changed its policy. At least I used it for multiple jobs.

Viewrail was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The install was fairly simple and it was great to have the instruction package & tools that they furnished with the product. The aluminum beverage rail cut very nicely for a mitered corner for a great end look. They made the process simple and their product matched their promise.

Beautiful product. Only negative was they didn’t send enough of some of the small fasteners and then I had to pay over $200 to get the rest needed. But we love the product itself and are very happy with it.

Everyone involved was awesome. Product selection for the project, design and consulting team followed through the entire process Oder to material delivery and made sure the project was successful in every way!!!

Excellent wood products but expensive shipping charges especially if you have a large piece that has to be delivered by freight.
