Really good company
Really good company. The first fridge arrived with 3 dents in it!!! I contacted them and they arranged for it to be collected & exchanged. All done within a week and the customer service team were very apologetic and very prompt exchanging it. I’ve knocked one star off only because item arrived damaged in the first place.

I was so impressed with this company, never used it before so was a bit dubious, had read the reviews and they rated highly. I could not have asked for better service, I emailed them to delay delivery as it was next day delivery. They got back to me within an hour (could have been less) and were so helpful. Service from the company was good
Service from the company was good, however the item was sent by DPD for delivery.
Despite details on the fridge packaging regarding transportation, the delivery guy took the fridge from the van, chucked it up on his shoulder and dumped it on the ground at the front door.
The wrappings on the fridge was damaged, so I took photos before I unwrapped it. No surprise the fridge was battered beyond belief.
I contacted click who offered an £18 refund on an item that was damaged in eight places.
Needless to say, I have returned the item for a refund.
