Unacceptable Customer Support and Misinformation

I recently had a frustrating experience with Vietnix that I feel compelled to share. According to the information on their website at theme-plugin-free, even the Cheap Hosting package should include the Theme and WordPress plugin from Vietnix. However, when I reached out to their Technical Department via ticket #172124 to request activation of these features, I was told:

"Hello customers,
The Cheap Hosting Rental does not include the Theme & Plugin Elementor PRO gift set.
You can refer to the Hosting package upgrade.
Best regards,"

This is completely contradictory to what is advertised on their site. It’s unacceptable that a company would mislead customers with false information and then fail to provide proper support. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Vietnix, as their service and customer support have proven to be unreliable and misleading.
