Scam

Scam. We sent six DX4 print heads. First of all, everything took forever, then they were supposedly all repaired except for one, which was damaged in the process. Then the heads were supposedly shipped and we paid via Western Union. Suddenly there were problems with the shipment, then the package was gone, then I was supposedly going to get my money back and compensation, then just the money and the package would be sent back. It's a clear-cut scam. Now no one is responding anymore. I hope I can protect others from this company.
