Great all around service. Fast answers to questions, fast response to order. All the information you need to get through the VoA process. I recommend the Fast Track option.

Good service, no problems, will use again.

was a little sceptical at first having never used an online agent. however the speed of service provided was excellent and the after service even better. absolutely 1st class

It is in a new format but not much difference to the previous versions. User friendly. Take very little time to accustom to.

I came to Vietnam first time before two years. Now I am living here and using this service for my friends and my quests.
I like you gays, you are very professional.
Thank you!

I arrived at airport without a visa - found this site - within 15 mins had paid and been issued with a temp online visa which allowed us to get on the plane! Fantastic! Finished the process in Vietnam on arrival which took a little while but very grateful we were able to continue with our holiday! Thanks

the service is fast and trouble-free

The service that I have received so far has been excellent. I will know more after arriving at the airport and getting the visa.

I have used this service twice and found it to be easy and quick. When I have had a question, I receive a prompt response.
Thank you.

I'm very satisfied with your service. I have already recommended you to my friends who have travelled to Vietnam. I also used the fast track service. It is useful to save lot time and stress after a long flight, a big thank you for that. I love your beautiful country and hope to visit it again soon!

Clear instructions and good support from this company enabled us to have trouble-free entry through Vietnamese immigration.

They put my paid two visa applications on 1 letter which I found out is not allowed and they threatened to throw me out of the the country. Numerous times I called them and asked them to speak to the immagration officers and they refused to speak to them and said they were fixing it. Why they would not speak to the immigation officer I do not know. I was aksed to pay another $160 and I refused. Miraculously about 2 hours later I was given my visa at no extra cost. No apology has been recieved. Never again I am afraid. Absolutely terrible and very stressfull I experience and I missed a meeting due their incompetence.

Very efficient

We went to Vietnam for the first time 20Nov 2014 and did the visa on arrival process and was totally satisfied with the service yes they were at the gate waiting for us and directed us to the visa counter(extra costapprox$10) gave the guy the $US and waited probably 10mins for processing then directed us to the staff /crew entry for the processing of our passports and we were out of there it was quicker then coming back to Australia and going through customs definitely doing this again less hassle. We were told that sending our passports to Canberra was the only way! I asked numerous travel agents they said the same I rang the embassy as well and they said the same. I was afraid that our passports would get lost in the mail! This visa on arrival worked for us and its actually cheaper even with the express service Give it a go!

We received a pre-approval letter for our visas on arrival to Vietnam within 24 hours of our request - faster than what the website promised so we were very pleased! The instructions on the websote were very clear and there were multiple emails on the status of the application so we were well informed throughout the process. Good price and great execution! Will use again in a bit. One small note: even though all websites we saw asked to provide 2 passport photos per person, only one photo was actually needed.

All the paperwork came back quickly and efficiently via email. I leave for Vietnam in about 45 days, and the "proof of the pudding" will be how things go at the airport to actually get into the country. I do not foresee any problems at this point.....
