I received a lot of support from staff when I did transactions at the counter of the bank with very proffessional attitude. Highly recommended.

I never heard of this bank until I started receiving emails from them to my gmail. Now I have emails addressed to 2 different people because this bad bank does not even verify email addresses... so I'm getting personal identifiable information sent to me daily. And the bank will not fix this. They just tell me to block them.
I have a bank account there. Once I tried to send money from my account which is in another country abroad to a company in their bank, but they blocked the transaction based on my personal information since the names matched.
The kind of abused my personal information and I am going to close my account and never use this scam of a bank.
As a foreigner you don't have access to your money and when you call their hot line they drop the phone on you. They are rude and clearly crooks. My money is stuck in this bank and I can't transfer or withdraw it. They don't give foreigners debit cards or digi cards (virtual cards). You can't withdraw using the QR code because it has to be linked to a card and you can't make any transfers so I basically donated 50M
