This is a great company for tours from Vienna! Wasn't so sure at first but it turned out brilliant!

The Wachau Valley tour was a fantastic experience. It was very well planned abd the driver Sasha and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The trip is worth the money and time.

Too little time spent in the city and the tour guide was not loud enough and impatient. Also too expensive for what it was worth.

Very good tour! Informative guides, everything nicely arranged.

I recently bougth a 72 hour ticket with their hop on - hop off bus. It is a great way to get around with. But i have some concerns. At one stop, far from other stops and routes where it was 30 min. to the next bus I experienced that the driver left the stop 4-5 minutes before schedule, and we was some second to late to catch this. Every bus driver shoulf know that it is only one thing they never shoud do, and that is to leave earlier than schedule, not by 4-5 minutes at least. This caused problems on corrosponding buss for our sake and we seeked a refund from the company, but this was rejected. The only thing they could offer was 1 hour extended bus ticket who didnt help us since we already had bougth a 72 h. ticket. Also their navigation app didnt work on either android og apple phone. Also one of their schauffeurs was rude, spoke poor english and drove very hard in small townships (full gas and hard brake...)

Your service is bad, because You sells tickets for buses that do not go and do not warn about it.

In the evening of 14/02 I bought a bus ticket for 2 days - March 15 - 16. I was warned that there would be a change in the schedule for the next 2 days - the ring tram would not go. I still bought a ticket, because there were no changes in the bus timetable.

March 15, 16 in the afternoon the buses did not go. And at the stops there was only information that the tram would not go; there was nothing about changing the bus schedule.
As a result, after 40 minutes of waiting the bus in the wind I had to take a taxi.
On 16/03 at the bus stop “Museum Quartier” was your employee. There were 4 people at the bus stop. We waited for the bus for 15 minutes, only after that he came up and said that the buses do not go - go on foot. Why did I buy bus tickets if I still had to take a taxi or go on foot?
16/02 I went to your Service Center, which is located in the underpass near Staatsoper. I spoke with a blonde of 30 years with long hair. She refused to give her name. She said that she knew nothing about the demonstrations that were in the city. Is it possible that today nobody knows that there will be a demonstration tomorrow ???

I did not receive any apologies from her for the bad service. Moreover, she got up, put on a jacket and left the office. No, her work day is not over. She just decided to leave and leave me - the client at the counter. I live in another country - Italy. Perhaps this behavior in Austria with customers is normal?
She worked 16/03 from 15 00 to 16 00.

We pretty much got lost with all possibilities and activities. But then we met Lyudmyla! She was very informative, professional, knew all opening hours and knew even more then just info about vienna pass and tour. This made our viennapass even better. Thanks Lyudmyla !!

Our first day in Vienna was on the 11 of August. We decided that the Hop-on Hop-off bus excursion will be the best choice and it was absolutely right! We got on the bus near Schönbrunn palace but didn’t immediately, so we had to wait a while. That wasn’t a huge problem because the next bus came really fast!!! You know, it was worth it: Vienna Sightseeing tours are great for everybody who adores travelling. Fortunately, these buses, boats and etc are situated in all countries of the world; it is very convenient!!! Also we would like to thank Claudia H. for the help with our electronic tickets which we reserved in Moscow in advance. She changed it to paper ones and we happily sat inside the new yellow bus😁 After this amazing trip around the center of the capital of Austria we returned back to the same stop. There we met Claudia H. again. She is very kind and positive hard-working woman who likes to communicate with the others. I really appreciate these qualities in people so much!!! Always stay like that and never change please, it’s very important nowadays☝🏻

In the VS brochure we were promised a 2 hour round trip Danube cruise but the boat dropped us off downtown instead of our starting place after an hour and quarter (20 minutes of which were spent in a lock). Both the boat staff and the VS staff were indifferent to the situation. The cruise itself went through not pretty areas unless you love graffiti

What a complete joy ride it was to tour the best of Vienna with them! Not only did I get an overview of the whole city, but I was also able to learn in brief about the history of each place so that I could decide which places were worth a stop! The bus covers most of the city and is very well mapped out with different lines you can take to ensure convenience while getting to everywhere you might want to visit. My easy favourite was the Ring Red Line because it went by all the palatial breathtaking monuments. The lovely music they play during the historical overview added to the charm and glory of the city! All in all, a wonderful experience I will relive several times in my head. :)

We stayed in Vienna in June . We doubted between yellow and red tourist buses and than we met a nice young lady who’s name was Lyudmyla that worked in the yellow bus .She helped us a lot ,was very friendly and kind to us. She also was professional and serious about her job,she knew a lot about the city and her assistance was very useful for us as Russian-speaking travelers . We are very grateful to Lyudmyla who made us experience about Vienna unforgettable .

My friend and I had a great experience with Vienna Sightseeing. I left my phone on one of the Hop-On Hop-Off buses and one of the employees, Claudia H, helped me get it back. She immediately radioed the bus drivers and they were able to find the phone and return it to me. I would highly recommend using their services!

Were do I even begin! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR TRIP TO BE RUINED!! This is genuinely the worst bus company I have ever used! The bus is advertised that it will come to every stop every 6-15minutes. Well we waited 70 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous! If we hadn’t off pre-bought our tickets online, we would have just gone to one of their competitors. After waiting around 50 minutes I phoned the office to ask where the bus was and they contacted the driver and told me they were 5 mins away. Well then I had to phone again after it still hadn’t turned up for them to say the same thing. So I asked on the phone that I would like a refund and the guy said to come to their main office. So when the bus came, we hopped on and went round to the stop where the office was. We explained what had happened and we got all of the employees arguing that it had turned up and it was because it was raining and there was traffic! We weren’t the only ones there and we know for a fact it didn’t turn up for 70 minutes. I would understand if it was 15 minutes late, but 70 minutes is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! They argued and argued with us and wouldn’t issue us a refund, when we were clearly entitled to one!!! They said we shouldn’t have got on the bus as it validated our ticket, but how else were we going to get to their main office. We weren’t going to waste anymore money! The guy on the phone said to come to their office at stop 1 so this was the only easy we could have done this! Finally they gave in and gave us only 50% back. Which is absolutely ridiculous because we were told on the phone we would be issued a refund. When they finally issued us the 50% back, they then proceeded to get me to sign a document that was partially written in German that said we only waited 20 minutes for the bus. If only I hadn’t questioned it I would have been signing a document that was FALSE. The ignorant woman then changed it to 70 minutes reluctantly!!! I cannot express enough for anyone not to EVER use this company. We only had one day in Vienna and it was totally ruined by this awful company. It wasn’t even that the bus was late that annoyed us the most, it was the appalling attitude of the staff in this company. All we can say is AVOID this company at all costs!! They shouldn’t even be in business if they advertise the wrong information and if they treat their customers like this!

They just replied to this review saying there was information regarding the ‘traffic/construction’ delays at their stops. This is NOT the case!!!! We were not the only ones at this stop waiting and I can assure you that they are talking bulls**t! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
