Very good treatment, Patric is very good and kind, know when to inboke a conversation and when to let you be. Give grate advices about the area, hotels/shopping etc.

The booking procedure and use of Whatsapp was a bit unusual for me as a Scandinavian (we tend to have other tools), but that is totally on me. The experience was very smooth. We received excellent service. Our flight arrived with a 5-hour delay, but Patrik was outstanding with communication. Thanks to him, we avoided long waiting times on both sides. He was already there waiting for us when we arrived at Vienna Airport. We reached home comfortably and on time. The car was clean and comfortable, and drinking water was provided. Highly recommended.

My wife and I used the service from Vienna to Brno and then return to Vienna a few days later. We would both highly recommend it. Very comfortable journey, clear instructions for meet up point at airport, ongoing communication to properly time airport arrival, English speaking and very knowledgeable about Brno (and Vienna). I contacted Patrik after a flight delay meant I would miss my planned train from Vienna. As it was last minute, I contacted him out of hope rather than expectation.
