Thank you!!! My mattress was delivered when it had been promised - no delays! The delivery persons also arrived at the exact time they had said they would. Both were polite and wore masks and protective shoe coverings inside. One person explained in detail some aspects of my new mattress and “box springs” when I asked questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. So far the mattress is quite comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep!

Delivery service was excellent. We were given an estimated window of arrival time and they arrived on time. They took time to set the bed and mattress up where we wanted it. Service was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great company that produces their own mattresses. Salesman I had was excellent and I tried out as many mattresses as I wanted. The warranty can't be beat and the mattress is wonderful!

This is my second mattress from Urban Mattress.
No shopping around. I know this is the best place. The visit to the shop was great. I ended up ordering the mattress I had thought I would like from reviewing the options on the website. There was no hard sell or trying to sell up by the staff member on the floor. The mattress came in less than 2 weeks. The delivery actually came a bit early. Installing the new mattress and removing the old one was quick and flawless. All wonderful. I have no hesitation recommending Urban Mattress to all my friends.

Great no pressure setting to try out and purchase high quality mattresses. Scheduled delivery guys let us know 15 min ahead they were coming, set up new mattress and removed old one for donation, all at no extra charge. So far so good with the mattress. We're getting a good night's sleep.

From the initial visit, the staff was very helpful and educational. Once we purchased the mattress, the delivery was scheduled and the folks were very cordial, careful with our home and even brought an extra set of foundation that we neglected to buy just in case.
Overall excellent product and service

Urban Mattress is no ordinary mattress store. It’s like a wraparound service from the time of your purchase until everything is in place. Our wooden bed frame had just broken and it was looking like we would have to sleep on our mattress on the floor. We had just moved in and I was reading YELP reviews for everything. Urban Mattress kept coming up. We went to the store and Greg spent a good amount of time letting us test the mattresses in the store. Urban Mattress makes its own mattresses. He guided us through the store, explaining the different types of mattresses, letting us try each one. By the time we picked a mattress my husband and I were in total agreement. We decided to buy a bed as well.
The mattress we picked would not arrive for 3 weeks, and the bed would not arrive for 3 months, because of Covid supply chain issues.
I was pretty frazzled because of our recent move. Greg was calm, wise and logistical. The next day, at no cost to us he delivered a metal bed frame to our house. The driver installed the bed frame under our mattress. Three weeks later, the same driver returned, took our old mattress away and installed the new mattress on top of our box spring. When the bed arrives he will take away our box springs and install the bed.
This whole process has allowed us to be comfortable through the transition. Before we moved we downsized and gave away most of our furniture. We recently bought 2 couches which will hopefully be here by Christmas, again, the Covid supply chain. We are making do with the few chairs we brought.
Having a fabulous bed makes everything easier.

It's been almost four months since I purchased my mattress from Urban Mattress and I can unequivocally say that this is the BEST mattress I have ever owned in my entire life! It organically adjusts to my body contour and to my body weight up to a point of optimum comfort. It is definitely worth the investment.
